I was headed through Cedar Rapids on vacation with my family and got in a bit of a bind with my rim and tire. Tires Plus had an exact tire match for my replacement rim. When I got there, I spoke with George who, after hearing my story, wanted to make sure to get me back on the road towards my vacation. We coordinated the time when the new tire could be put on (which was extremely quick). We went and ate lunch at Pizza Ranch across the lot and when we got back, we were pretty much good to go. Great service and the price for the tire was great as well. I wish we had a Tires Plus with George near us.

Several weeks ago I brought my car in for a new tire, Cody was very helpful and got me in and out in a timely manner. This morning I call to schedule for another tire, and the young man on the phone left me on hold for 15 minutes, half of that time I was just listening to him handle other customers the other half I was on actual hold I understand being busy but when you have customers standing in front of you they can see that you're on the phone and they have an appointment and they should be willing to wait while you make an appointment on the phone. But to just leave me hanging on the phone for 15 minutes and make me listen to you deal with other customers was extremely rude and unprofessional that being said I will attempt to reschedule the appointment because I do appreciate the service that I get at Tires Plus but your phone etiquette really needs to improve

Right before Christmas my brakes went completely out. I live outside of town about 40 miles out so heading back home with my family was gonna be a bit dangerous. I called around and everyone else said they wouldn’t be able to help until the next day due to them closing soon then I caught tires plus and Kody Answered with a great attitude, ready to help, even though they were close to closing Everyone there had a great attitude and made us feel like we were getting taken care of two technicians. David and Kyle were also very kind. and helpful we all shared a good conversation and a few laughs I definitely recommend tires plus and will be coming back For future business, they definitely earned a customer! We purchased four new tires a few months ago, unfortunately due to an unknown alignment issue our rear tires were completely worn down after only 11k miles. Originally an employee told us we were out of luck since we couldn't prove we had the alignment checked. However, another manager called us to let us know we should have been told tire rotation, alignment checks, and balancing were all free services we could schedule anytime. They did take care of the tires for us, and we have scheduled our free alignment and tire rotation. We are very pleased, but I will leave a 5 star review next time if the salesman informs us of the benefits of purchasing new tires from Tires Plus.
