Straight shooters here. Don't bother telling them what you can pay elsewhere. You pay for the quality and the legitimate service. No 17 yr old parts jockeys that have to ask you what size your wiper blades are to find what oil filter your car uses (you know the store). Parts store for parts and car guys!

Ran out of brake and steering fluid and they didn't open until 7, thought I could wait a couple of hours n the manager came outside n started screaming It wad a private parking lot. Yelling and assaulting me. Even calling the police. I just assumed he had a drinking problem but he actually called the cops lol. Would recommend if you want terrible service done right

Wish I could give zero. First time I ever try using a Napa and I drive a long distance to get an item it says is available in store. After arriving they tell me this item is not even stocked and has to be ordered. This was an emergency and I drove out of my to get this part and ended up losing my job directly because of this.
