They are cheap and now we know why! Had windshield replaced and it leaked water.. come to find out half the windshield wasn't even sealed! Took it back to have fixed the owner and employee are very bad with communication between themselves as well as never calling to say truck was done!

My truck had the door glass broken out by someone in the middle of the night. I spoke with the owner (Jason) and he quoted me the best price that I found. They had a mobile technician at my house in a couple days and vacuumed up all the broken glass that was left in my car. Thanks a lot for the service. It was smooth and the price was extremely competitive.

Unsatisfied and Disappointed I had a very frustrating experience with this shop. They initially promised to arrive on Friday between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM, but they didn’t show up until 6:00 PM, wasting several hours of my time. To make matters worse, they called me the following day, and their tone was extremely rude, especially from someone named Jason. This lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable. I strongly recommend staying away from this shop.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR, DO NOT TAKE IT HERE. I scheduled an appointment with Jason the owner back in October to have the windshield replaced on my Subaru. I paid in full when scheduling to get the windshield on order (he asked for partial, I offered in full as a sign of good faith). Appointment date came, dropped the car off, came back later and picked it up. I get it home and get looking and there were scratches and scuffs in my paint around the windshield wiper plastic on my “A” pillars consistent with pry marks. The clips that held the plastic cowling on were all either broken or missing. Having worked with such like this before I get these cheap cheesy clips break, however a thorough job should have figured them into the bill. I went back a couple days later and spoke to Jason about it. I showed him the scratches and the missing clips to which he denied having any part in the scratches (this was the first windshield replacement this car has had. I have owned it since new), and took my number saying he would get the clips ordered and give me a call. He also stated that they would attempt to buff some of the scratches (some are down to bare metal) when the clips arrived. I offered again more money to get this in motion, to which he declined. 2 months later I have yet to hear back. Your mileage may vary but consider yourself warned.

I Was very disappointed. I had two appointments, one for the truck another one was for my SUV, so brought my SUV first to replace the windshield Jason worked on it and I later noticed the windshield is not sealed in properly. So then i took my truck there for windshield repairs and later discovered there was a miscommunication with price. He wasn’t there I told the person I found there Jason to call me before he starts the work, he called me back to discuss with him the price. The price was not the one we discussed I told him not to do the work as soon as I told him he began yelling and cursing at me, telling me all the places he owns. I told him not to fix it and he said I better come pick it up before he has it towed. I had just dropped it off maybe an hour prior. I don’t recommend this place at all. He was very unprofessional.

This is the only place in the area I would go for a windshield. This is an honest veteran owned business that does not play any games and does excellent work. I dropped my truck off in the morning and picked it up in the afternoon and everything went as planned with a beautiful new windshield. Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable and this is definitely the kind of business that I recommend working with! And they don't make you tell your life story before talking to you like Safelite!

Went to Iowa Auto Glass on a recommendation from a family member. We are so glad we did!! We had a rock hit our windshield and could feel a chip. However, when we went to our appointment he told us that it was the kind of chip that will not spread. He could have totally taken our money for no reason and we would not have known the difference. So very appreciative for his honesty! Highly recommended! We will definitely be back when we need them! ( We have 4 cars...it is only a matter of time!)

My brand new audi recently had its backglass smashed in by a tree branch and Iowa auto glass replaced it for a fraction of the cost I was quoted elsewhere. The owner (Jason?) did a perfect job and even let my dog stay there for the day as I needed to leave in an emergency and my Uber driver wouldn't let my dog in the car. I was super nervous to take my expensive car anywhere other than the dealer but im sure glad I did. I'd never leave my dog with someone I didn't trust but I could tell right off the bat he was a trustworthy man (he also served in the Marine Corps). I live in Michigan but if I ever need any other Glassworks done I will purposely go out of my way to give him my business, it's not often you can find people in this industry that you can trust. Thank you sir.

Had a windshield replaced. It leaked. They said there was rust under the seal and I needed to repair that before they would replace it under warranty. I repaired it, called them back, owner argued, was rude and swore before hanging up.

Made appointment with Jason for chipped windshield, he wasn’t there at the time, the technician ended up being someone I knew before, was rude and unprofessional so I asked my husband to come meet me. Ended up with a locked motor because of oil put in my gas tank.

Very reasonable price and had it done on schedule. Staff was very friendly and most importantly they did a great job. I will be back for any other auto glass needs. Got windshield repaired, immediate after the trim popped up, went back he urethanes it on and later the trim ends up cracking in half. He says not his problem, took a tone and hung up. Go elsewhere! Not worth the headache!
