Called tonight trying to check on a alternater warranty. Whoever answered transfered me to Anthony! I was calling for my daughter, acting like her! Until the questions got tougher 😅 She gets frustrated so I was trying to help! Long story short warranties are mainly looked up by phone number or email! She couldn't remember and the ones tried weren't right! So even though he couldn't find the warranty, it's not his fault that she changes her numbers often! He stayed on the line and tried! That is what matters to me!

The employees here really saved our bacon Sunday. We were heading home from Omaha to Wisconsin when the check engine light started flashing about 30 miles out of town. We rerouted and they did the diagnostic scan. They were able to get us the parts we needed, gave us pointers on how to install them, and one of the employees was able to give us a hand after they had just clocked out for the day. Without their help we would have been stuck for at least a whole additional day as the few shops I could get a hold of on a late Sunday afternoon were booked solid. It was a bit of an effort, but we were able to get on the road again and made it home safely. Hugely appreciated.

I bought a car a few days ago in Iowa. It was -20. I had discover my carbon fiber hood was missing a bolt and wasn't drivable on the highway. I stopped in and asked for some help. The gentleman who helped me was closing that night. Don't remember his name but he said he was a parts sales manager who had been working the a year. He helped me take out the bolt, check it's size. I purchased a set of 4 bolts. But it was based on one I removed. The hole missing one was a different size and depth. That. Brave man alternated with me and other customers, trying to get the hood bolt required while not getting frostbite. For over an hour we did this. Finally we found the right bolt, and he sent me on my way. I had lost my gloves earlier that day, and as he walked away he gave me his. Best dude ever!!give that guy a raise! Very good store too. Nice selection. Very well staffed.

Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because product selection was very limited. However, I received excellent customer service from Colin at this location. He truly went above and beyond assisting me. I was using a product that I had just purchased in the store. The product wasn't working as intended. I went in to ask for a quick guidance. Colin came out in 8 degree temps, educated me on the product and told me that I could have damaged my car if I continued improperly using it. I am grateful for his knowledge on the product I had just purchased, assistance and saving me money from damaging my car further. Truly excellent customer service.

Trevante and his crew members working here on Halloween night around 8:00 absolutely deserve a raise, after I came in frantic needing to change my oil because I have bad memory and now my car is messed up not working right out of no where, changed the oil in the parking lot, that wasn’t the problem. So they ran the check engine light found the problem! Travante helped us swap a part so we are able to get home safely for tonight, and go get it fixed tomorrow! Thank you again for the crew who helped and went above and beyond tonight!!!

Reggie helped me get a new wiper blade and put it on for me it was quick and easy and painless and nobody bugged me about rewards or signing up for anything. My new favorite place. Had to wait for somebody to help me but I think they might’ve just not realized I was there.
