Sibic Trucking: Truck Derated towed truck there in the around 10am, my driver was out by 6pm same day. Not sure if my truck broke down on the perfect day or this how they always operate. But that day they were excellent they found the the shorted wire in harness and repaired it.. Greg B. was awesome really professional he actually called you back, not like almost all dealerships where you have to hunt the service writer down to get an update.

Got broke down and get towed to this place. I find out on their website you can book appointments so I did. Get there in the morning and I was next in the line because I made appointment. Good thing to know for all truckers. My engine derates, they find a problem and they get me back on the road around 4 pm. Kinda pricy for def level sensor repair but they get me back on the road the same day. Peoples are very friendly and communicate very honest with customers.. Was way better experience here then Volvo in davenport.highly recommended

So here is my review for the truck I bought a month ago from this guys. Customer service it’s ok. Ashlea (accounting lady) she’s helped me with every question I’ve got. Chuck (sales person), he was nice to me too but who’s gonna be rude when he’s selling a 100k$ truck right? So, after I bought this truck i drove it to Chicago to get it registered there and while driving I was getting really bad shakings in my steering wheel, so I went and checked my balancing and alignment right away, and yes both were f****d up. In about 3 days I got all my paperwork ready and got on the road. Since I got loaded with my first load (reefer) I’ve been getting real weird noises and knocking in the front area of my truck while driving. So because of that I returned back in Chicago to get my truck checked, and guess what, the whole suspension was f***d, and my center bearing was gone too. Papers that confirm that you will see below. ( it wasn’t damn cheap to fix all that). ***3600$*** to fix all this. Meanwhile my friend was bought a truck from the same dealership, and after buying he took it to the shop to check it and gueees what. He needed to change his king pins from the steering axle. 😞 ***2000$*** Also they’re really cheap. They’ll sell that truck with bad done recaps for the drive tires and different sizes. Like really? You will think this is it, but that’s not it. Right know my truck drives pretty smooth but sometimes I’m getting some shacking and dense vibrations. Went again to the shop and looks like I have to change on of my injectors, that’s what is causing the problem. I know it’s a used truck, and sometimes you have to fix things when buying your truck, but this truck was 100k$ with a 280k miles. For this money I wasn’t supposed to get all this issues. I don’t know if I’ll return or recommend this dealer to someone, unless you have a good mechanic to check youre truck when buying it. P. S there were also small other things that needed to get fixed, but were max 300$ to fix them.

We signed an agreement to purchase a big bunk unit, and they sold it out from under us. We signed the contract on a Thursday, and we were making arrangements to bring both of our trucks to them. I called them again on Monday, because I had not heard from them. That was when they told me oh by the way another salesperson sold the truck. How does this happen? When you sign a contract, how can they sell the unit to someone else.

I just had some work done at the GATR in Cedar Rapids, IA. First off, I'd been misdiagnosed by two other shops when no air was coming out of my A/C, with the last guy who looked at it thinking I had a clog somewhere meaning my entire AC system was going to have to be pulled apart costing me thousands of dollars. Their AC guy, fortunately, was out of town though, so the problem wasn't addressed. However after driving in a colder climate now to discover my defrost wasn't blowing air either, I knew I had to fix this in a hurry. GATR was transparent with the upfront cost to diagnose, finding the real problem--that I simply needed a new blower motor-- within 30 minutes. They quoted me a reasonable price, well inder what I was lead to beleive this would cost from the other shop, then surprised me when the total was even lower than that. Super nice guys all around. Great and fast service.

I drive for Z Line Ltd from Tama Iowa and we bought numerous trucks from Gatr Truck Center,but I have to say the Cedar Rapids shop has to be one the best.They are very excellent at getting our trucks in,diagnosed and repaired in a very timely matter.They do much better work here than the shopp in Waukee.These guys do a much more thorough job at getting everything completed before they send your truck on the road.Andrew (in the shop) is very knowledgeable about the new technology on newer trucks.Got everything completed in a very time fashion to get me back on the road.Thank you Cedar Rapids Gatr.Hopefully Waukee can get better .

We have several Mack trucks of varying years and we purchase all of our parts from GATR Truck centers. The customer service is top notch and the parts staff is always available to help when the need arises. They do a great job in helping me keep our trucks on the road.
