They did a full inspection of my car and gave me heads up on things that’ll eventually need to get done, but weren’t pushy. Extremely amazing staff and very accommodating. Appreciate them!

Been going to Al's for over 25 years. Staff is friendly and knowlegeable. Will take the time to explain everything. They are honest and do a good job. Wouldn't go there if I was not very satisfied with the service they provide. My first job was in a full service gas station that did auto repairs, so I have some experience in how auto repair should be done. Al's does it right.

Up until a few years ago this was the place we always took vehicles for a fair estimate. But these last times, they've hit us with "Your total is ONLY" followed by a couple thousand dollars. Kind of out of touch to say only when someone is driving a 25 year old beater lol. I'm not sure how this compares to other places. Their workers are friendly and the service is prompt so no complaints there. But next time we'll probably try out a different shop.

I got referred to Al's by another mechanic who believed that I had an engine issue that he was not be able to handle. Al's is known for full engine work so I took my car there intending to have a pricey bill. After they went through it, they found that it was a much simpler issue that they were able to fix and get me back on the road. Al'swas very communicative through the process and saved me a lot of money.

UPDATED REVIEW: We had previously spent money on car trying to determine main issue. Two weeks later we're back to Al's. After more work on it, adding fluids, etc, they determined it would need way more work than car was worth. 😟 We declined any more work. No charge from Al's! What a blessing that was!! So great to find honest people with integrity!

I loved this place! I needed them to fix something and I don’t know a lot about cars so I was worried I would get scammed. But they were really nice and it was actually way cheaper than I thought it would be (also, I talked to other people afterwards who said it was a great price) and my car hasn’t had the same issue again! This is a great place and I’m so excited to leave this review. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and she lived a couple hours away. Suddenly on my way to see her white smoke was coming from the radiator. Al’s mechanic shop was the nearest location so I rolled on over. It was a Friday and they were booked out. They offered to hold my car for the weekend and look at it and I told them how I was hoping to get going for my girlfriend birthday. They said “why didn’t you say so! If you don’t get to her your butt is mud!” Two mechanics were so friendly and took time to diagnose the issue which was a faulty hose. They were repairing other vehicles and then would quickly take another crack at working on mine before going back to other projects. They were literally multitasking and it was awesome. When they fixed it they said get going! I asked what the service fee was and they didn’t charge me anything. It was like a birthday gift in itself! They were so kind and so helpful and from now on I am a loyal customer. These guys are awesome.

If I could give 4.5 stars I would. The most important thing is that they did a great job and I'll be bringing my car back for future work. I'd definitely recommend! All the staff I interacted with were great, and they also overdelivered on the timeline they had given me. The only issue I had was being told on the phone that the work would cost "xxxx out the door," and when I went in to pay it was a couple hundred more than that. The guy helping me seemed surprised and very sorry. I definitely didn't get the sense that it was done intentionally, but that there was maybe a communication issue. All in all, I was happy, and the fact that I paid more than I had originally been told was fine with me, as it still felt reasonable. Have already recommended and had other family members take their cars here too.

Al’s was recommended to me by a coworker when I asked about a place to get my car looked at. As a single woman, I didn’t want to be sent somewhere they’d try to upsell me a bunch of service I didn’t need or be disrespected. Al’s team are all so nice, respectful, and true gentlemen. They take the time to explain what service needs to be done and why, why some other repairs can wait, and are very fair priced. I will be bringing all my family’s cars to them!

Had something go wrong after replacing my tires somewhere else so I brought it to Al's to see what was up. Dropped it off and waited for the call and the guy on the phone was super kind and informative. I loved that they provided photos and videos of everything. They also did a complete look over all other systems and parts of my car to give me an overall idea of how it was doing otherwise which was SO NICE. I feel like other places act like they simply can't be bothered to do something as simple as a look over to give you peace of mind. I will absolutely be bringing my vehicle back in here.
