Most incredible customer service, I have ever experienced. They took care of everything for us with insurance. Unbelievable communication with updates. They did amazing work on my vehicle and it absolutely looks brand new. there is absolutely no sign of damage anywhere and it drives like it’s brand new. They even cleaned the inside of my car, which was a surprise when I went to pick it up. They have always greeted us with a smile, very polite and professional. I recently bought a Subaru 3.6R from a dealership in North Chicago. Unfortunately, the previous owner thought it would be cool to remove the mufflers—but let me tell you, it wasn’t. The car sounded wild in the worst way. I needed mufflers installed ASAP. The ones I originally wanted weren’t available, but I eventually found an even better set—only problem was, they didn’t fit behind my stock bumper. So I started calling around. Four places later, I was either turned away, overcharged, or felt like I was dealing with shops that were too “bougie” to take on a straightforward job. Then I called Denny’s, and it was like a breath of fresh air. They simply said, “Sure, bring it in. We’ll take care of it.” I showed up with my bumper, explained what I needed, and they listened closely. They took detailed notes, followed up by text to make sure everything was correct, and got right to work. Before I knew it, I was back on the road—bumper modified, mufflers installed, and everything sounding just right. The service, the professionalism, and the no-hassle attitude really impressed me. I’ll definitely be going back to Denny’s for future work. They don’t just fix cars—they get it done right.

They picked up my 24 Jeep Wrangler at my job to adjust the tail gate that was functioning properly after another dealership had it for 8 days and still had the same issues when I drove out the parking lot as it had when I took it to them. He picked it up, aligned the door and brought it back to me when they were done at my job. I have no words to how helpful they have been ! I have never been in a situation with getting into an accident so everything was new to me. They have great communication made sure to keep informed every step of the way. Not to mention the staff are amazing and so helpful. The best part was that they are Subaru certified so that was a plus being my car is a Subaru. Got it to the Subaru shop to get the cameras calibrated and it was all set and ready and even detailed! My car looks like nothing ever happened! The speed of getting it down through thanksgiving and snow was pretty impressive as well. Overall awesome place I will continue to go if ever needed!

I have a 2012 Audi A7 and wanted to have a gloss black rs7 style grill installed on my car. Decided the install was a little above my level and decided to bring it to Denny's body shop. The staff were very welcoming and paid close attention to what I wanted done to the front end of my car. They did a fantastic job but then my AC went out right after they had worked on my bumper.... Figured they didn't put the front end back together correctly so I brought it back to them to fix and they stated that their installation didn't touch the AC system. They did not charge me for the hour or so that it took to take off the front bumper and were very understanding of my circumstances. The AC problem was a cheap $50 fix that had nothing to do with their install. Will be using their services again! Thank You!

My sideview mirror was damaged, my hours of employment made it hard for me to take my vehicle there. So it was picked up from my job.I was notified when it was ready and returned to my job. I didn’t have to worry about asking for a ride to the shop. They took extra time to clean my headlights I had no ideal of how to clean them. The replacement mirror only took a day to arrive at the shop and I was notified the same day. They also cleaned my SUV inside and out. Great service and this shows how much they care about their work and their customers. I recommend anyone that needs repairs go to Denny’s
