These guys are AMAZING! I went in to get a second opinion and these guys gave me an honest opinion, I went ahead and asked them what it would cost to get repaired thinking it was going to be outrageous like some of the other shops. Our granddaughters vehicle was dropped of at their business 8 days ago. They looked at the vehicle and claimed there were no parts available to fix it anywhere. They then turned around and charged her a fee for them looking at her vehicle but told her you can just drive it anyway. The repairs really do not need to be done. -- I am furious!!! -- Extremely unprofessional and do not recommend that anyone do business with them. That is just not good customer service.

I went there because someone at Sams club recommended it to me. One of rear the tires of my car was not aligned, and one of the rear struts were broken. I asked them to fix the two problems my car had. They did a great work aligning the tire, and change the struts. I paid near 500 for both. The problem was that as soon as I stepped out from the shop, I noticed the ABS light in my car was ON. I went back to the shop asking them to fix my ABS system but they said it was not their fault it was ON. They even thought I was lying for having that fixed for free. Dan, the owner, told me that Fixing my ABS system will cost me near $350 including labor, he also said that to "help me', he will not charge labor. I am positive that my ABS sensors were broken by the mechanic who change the struts, because before leaving my car there, the ABS light was Off. i went to another mechanic and he agreed with me. They did not want to assume any responsibility, or at least revise if they could have cause it in any way. They just limited their diagnostic to run the scanner that explains the cause the light is on. In summary, I went to fix a problem, and I came out with that one fixed, but with another one also expensive to fix. If I were you, and if your problem is different than alignment, I would look for another mechanic, they are not cheap, and they are not good enough.

I was recommended to Dubbers by Tire Barn since I needed and alignment. Had to schedule and appt. and drop off the car...this is a small place where you can't just wait for the service to be done. Dan (the owner) called my a few hours later to say that I needed a ball joint replaced before an alignment could be done. They didn't stock the part but went and got it and then did the alignment and had it done by the end of the day. The work was done satisfactorily and the price was a little higher than I expected ($199) but they were easy to work with and friendly.

This is the best mechanic in the area in my opinion. These are the only people I trust to work on my truck. Dan and his crew are very friendly and will treat your vehicle with care as well as respect to their customers. If they are not busy and it is a simple fix they can get your car back to you pretty quick. They call you with updates and have great prices. I have been coming here for 3 years now and as a college student who is a few hours away from home when something is wrong with my truck I get worried but knowing I can go to them reassures me that it will be in great hands. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Wish I could give more than 5 stars because I would.

Fantastic service! Dan is very up front and concise with describing issues on your car. They are not only super nice to talk to and put people at ease, but they are also not hesitant to tell you when an issue is less significant than you initially anticipated. Quality mechanic! Capable and quick, Tire Barn claimed I had to do to the dealer for my German car'a alignment. The dealer wanted to do another six thousand in essential updates alongside a tire alignment. Got the recommendation to try here from the neighbor! Dubbers was easy going and relaxed, incredible relaxed, knows what is what. I dropped off my wagon, alignment sorted out real easy and mentioned the dealer's need to steal more was only when the continuously variable joint began making noises. Glad for that, only spent one hundred and ten with cash instead of six big ones, will definitely be back when the cv starts clattering, I can highly recommend.

Start of by saying the guy who runs the place is very nice and easy to talk to person. The work was quality and right. Heres where the problems started, they had my car for 2 days short of 8 weeks. Understandable, but there was very little communication. They called me told me the price would be $572 for everything, thats parts and labor. The day the car was done ue called and told me the car was done and never said anything different about the price, which it shouldnt have bc nothing changed othen then what we discussed. Go to pick up the car and the price went from $572 to $745. I was told he forgot to add in the $150 program fee for the ECU..... Good work, good people, ok prices, but be warned, lack of communication and price differences.
