Not only will they quote you a lower price over the phone and then after the job's finished tell you it's more they will also lose your "locking" lug nut and then blame you.

We bought a pick up with them but they give us a junk .engine light on all the time. We keep turning the truck back and have them fix, the light is not working,they told us different things. They said they fix it but then we found out they dont even fix it, they are not professional when dealing business. Of all the dealerships ive been theyre the worst. Now were dealing the truck with so many problems. They dont give us the money back and we dont have a choice but to deal with this junk!! Hate that place!!

Professional and helpful staff. Everyone was very accommodating and were able to replace two of my tires for me quickly and affordably. I would recommend them if you are looking for used tires to save some money. I will be back here to have more work done. 5*'s

This place is horrible they have a huge dog that randomly walks the entire shop inside and out not considering their guest fears. They take phone calls over a guest standing in the shop while you wait 10 min for the confused women at the front desk to finish their call and then take an additional 15 min to log you into a computer.finally took my car for a test drive four times before I had to point out the obvious sound that isn’t normal, to the mechanic.I waited three hours and I had to call them to even find out what was wrong with my vehicle. Meanwhile I was rescheduled for another week for a mechanic to take vacation after waiting two weeks prior to for another mechanic to come back from a vacation and only to still not get my vehicle repaired. So I rescheduled a week later only to receive a call later that day asking when did I want to come back because my warranty was approved. So I was never rescheduled lol. The front desk is a joke I don’t even know how the repairs are, I couldn’t get past the front desk.

I can not say enough good things about this business. I have taken multiple vehicles here(Most recently a 2013 Cadillac SRX that needed the headlight assembly replaced) and have always gotten amazing service. They also have the best repair prices in town! Highly recommend!!!

Paid over 1000.00 to change plugs on my car due to fouled plugs . 3000 miles later changed plugs again on a Nissan you need to take intake, fuel rail etc to access back plugs back part had never been removed no new gasket on intake and did not tell me there was oil on one plug the only one that was different. Will never get my business

My daughter has a 2015 Ford escape that was leaking coolant but it was hard to see where it was leaking because of the compact motor, so I took it to a local dealer and they told me it was leaking from loose bolts on the thermostat housing. They said because of the difficult spot it was In, they would have to take alot of parts off to get at it. It was going to take 4.6 hours plus shop supplies and a gallon of coolant and the cost would be $1300.00 to fix. So I took it to momax auto for a second opinion and told the owner what I was told and he said he would take a look, after putting it up on a lift they called and said it was leaking from a hose and replaced the clamp then did a pressure check and added a gallon of coolant and the total charge was $80.00. Honesty is so hard to come by but we found it with momax. I will never go anywhere else for repairs. Alberto and his family are kind, curtious, and honest.

Could have charged me way more than what they did, most shops it would have been $800-1000 more. Went in for an alignment and brakes and my tires balanced and rotated, my car ended up needing control arms struts and a transmission mount as well. My Mazda with 175k miles is driving like new now thanks to the amazing service at momax ❤️

I can’t possibly explain how much we appreciate and trust Momax. They are so thorough, fairly priced and do incredible work. They will never overcharge you for repairs and discuss everything before they do any work. It’s like talking to a family member that you implicitly trust. Three times now, we have purchased cars that came to us with repairs needed (local dealership that starts with an R quoted three times the price and the car came off their lot with issues) and within a day had them diagnosed, quoted and often repaired within 24 hours. It’s so rare and such a blessing to have this repair shop locally. God bless you all for providing such a service to the community and treating us like family.

I took my 2009 Chevy Aveo 5 to Momax to have a Valve cover gasket replaced, thermostat replaced, and something else. It cost me around $700, 2 weeks later I rec'd a call from the owner, the valve cover gasket was missed, I had to take it back in to have it replaced. Needless to say they could have not called me, but they did. Today my tie rod broke while leaving work so I had my car towed to Momax, because I trust them. You can not but a price on trust. Thank you Momax.
