I recently acquired a 2010 Ford F-150. It had smokes stains, food stains and smelt very very very bad like smoke. I took it to fast Eddie's for a detail. The crew there did a fantastic job of getting it cleaned and looking almost brand new again. The smell is completely gone and they were extremely detailed. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles there for detailing from now on. A great price as well.

They forgot to reset the oil warning so when I drove back across town they just waved me forward to pull in the garage I yelled out the window that I had to talk to someone and the manager got pretty rude with me and finally sent someone out to reset it. He was pretty nice but altogether it was not a great experience. It’s hot in there and they don’t seem to pay much attention to the customers

This carwash is the worse in Lafayette I'd rather have my 3 year old son wash it then to come here. Time after time after time I always hope that the next wash will be better then previous but nope just gets worse..

It's been a while, and I usually buy one of the higher priced washes, and I've always been delighted by the level of attention paid, and the completely clean exterior body and windows. Today I thought the "basic wash" (for $10) would at least get the car clean. And it was not clean. There are places in the back, where the hatchback closes, where I can draw in the dirt that remains on my vehicle. (BASIC WASH seems not to be listed below so I checked "service not listed.")

Been here many times for a quick interior clean. Today 5/22/24 I took my car here, wasn’t dirty by any means just needed a good wipe down & vacuum. I was there a total of NINE minutes. As I was driving I noticed there was crumbs still left multiple places, visibly dirty areas of my leather seats. They took my trunk weater mat out, washed it & dried it but didnt take the one inside the car out and it was left visibly dirty. Very disappointed to say the least. These photos are AFTER getting it “cleaned” I would say it looks the same as I brought it minus an air freshener smell and the front mats vacuumed off.

I have loved Fast Eddie's for exterior and interior wash for many many years. I have gone to them for probably at least 20-25 years because I love to get the inside swept and cleaned. I went today and ended up splurging on the exterior wash to include the wax, but I didn't see any difference between that and the regular wash I usually get. Then I went to get the interior cleaned and was extremely disappointed! First, let me say the guys were extremely nice and polite. However, the job they did cleaning the inside of my van was pitiful. The sweeping was good, but there were smudges all over the inside of my windshield and dust still all over my dash, around my steering wheel, and dirt and dust around my cup holders. One of the guys noticed me looking at the windshield and rubbing it to see if it was on the inside or outside and asked if there was a problem. I told him there was still a smudge on the windshield so he came and got in the passenger seat to clean that. He had to wipe it three or four times then went outside thinking it was on the outside of the windshield and wiped it then came back inside to get the rest of it. The pictures show the dust around my steering wheel and dust and dirt around my cup holders. I took a wet wipe to the areas when I got home and was able to wipe it all off. Maybe I am out of touch with current prices because it has been a while since I've gone, but $20 for the interior seemed like a lot especially when the job was only maybe half done. Very disappointed since I have supported this place for over half my life.

It feels like a family reunion everytime I get an oil change. It's also very quick. You can get an oil change and carwash all under 10 mins. Quick and efficient work. Plus, not many places will check thst all lights are in working order.

Overall, the service wasn’t bad, but there were a few things that left me a little disappointed. I wasn’t asked which type of oil change I wanted (full, preferred, or deluxe), and I was really hoping to be able to choose the service that best fit my car. My tire pressure wasn’t checked, washer fluid wasn’t refilled, and my wiper blades weren’t checked for wear, even though those are listed as part of the service on the website. I also noticed another customer receiving some of these services, so I wasn’t sure if something was just missed during my visit. I also asked about the $10 discount shown on the website and was told it couldn’t be applied, but I wasn’t given an explanation. I completely understand that there may be conditions, but some clarification would’ve been appreciated. I did get the oil change, lights were checked, and the car wash afterward, which I appreciate. I came in based on positive reviews and was hoping for a bit more communication and clarity about what services were included and what options I had. Sharing this just as honest feedback and hoping for a better experience next time.

We are from out of town but go to FAST EDDIES when we are in town..We got their car wash and interior vacuum and windows..About $40 worth..After it was done we pulled out and the sun hit the car..Windows were all smeared inside and out and the dash hadn't been cleaned and the floors were still dirty like they had not done much..We had to go back after driving a couple blocks for the wife's mug and noticed bugs all over the front and was told their chemicals weren't working right. Nothing done to correct it, and this was after tipping the wash lady and the two window and vacuum guy $5 each..Won't be doing that again..$55 for what..

Tired of snow, salt, and winter grime taking over your vehicle? Just drive up Poland Road to Fast Studies and let them handle it. They have a heated garage, so your car actually gets clean instead of freezing halfway through the job. They detailed my vehicle and it looked amazing afterward — inside and out. They did a great job cleaning doors and dash but when it came to the floors they did not so well. Once it dried the floor mats where still dirty looking and the carpet still had lots of dirt in spots. Not bad for $20 but I expected a good clean when I gave them a generous tip to clean it before looking to see how they did. My mistake!!

These guys were awesome got both cars in an taken care of dor an oil change. That part is amazing.Amazing team thanks guys. I went to the car wash today and paid for the $20 wash the kids that they have working here went one swipe down each side of my car with the brush didn't even get the front for the bugs. I just paid $20 for that. They're supposed to scrub the whole car. these kids that they have working here. Want to play around more than they want to work. My car is still gross. The mechanics are great, though.
