I arrived on time and they had my tires installed, balanced, and a 4-wheel alignment done in less than an hour. Staff was courteous, professional, and answered every single question I had. Highest possible recommendation!

Jacob was incredibly kind on the phone and told me they could get me in last second to fix a low tire while I was out and about with my toddler. Brock got us checked in and squared away pretty quick once we got there! Our lease on our car is up soon and I just needed something to get us by until then, no pressure to buy anything fancy which is always appreciated. We were in and out in less than a half hour! Had a major break down on expressway lat Friday ev. After being towed to Belle . Shop is open on Saturday. At 8 am Mechanic determined I had fuel pump failure. They were Abel to get pump drop fuel tank. Estimated repair time was 5 hours. I was on a medical emergency. Needed to get to Wisconsin Mayo hospital. They completed repair in 3 hours. With a fair price. I was on my way. Great service. I would also like to say I have never seen a cleaner washroom. I also took a 3 hour nap while they repaired my fuel pump. Total experience was fantastic. I WILL FULLLY RECOMMEND BELLE TIRE for repairs.

I got their credit card at the beginning of last year and now this year after getting tires put on my car they tell me they no longer accept this card and I will have to have some other form of payment last time I go here good thing TIRE BARN still takes this card

Entire process was a great experience. I ordered the tires I wanted and scheduled an appointment online. The day of my appointment, they got my truck into a bay right away. They replaced all four tires and performed an alignment in a little over an hour. No issues at checkout.

I'm leaving 5 stars based upon customer service. If it weren't for my need/desire to have my tires replaced today, I would have absolutely chosen to get my tires here at Belle Tire in Lafayette. Lonnie was kind on the phone and then also in person. He was honest with me about product in stock and time frame of different tires being in stock. If Lonnie is here in a few years when I need new tires again, I will absolutely get tires here. Customer service is a HUGE part of why I choose a business and Lonnie made it easy to want to choose Belle.

Had an oil change and tire repair appointment. Spent 2 hours waiting for services to be complete. They didnt even take my car back until 1 hour after my appointment time. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, price was average, but I won't be back. Unfortunately, having an appointment didn't save time.

I had my car towed to Belle Tire last week after one of my tires blew out driving in the bitter cold. Upon arriving, Jacob, Madison, and Donald took great care of me. The car had not been driving in the best condition prior to the tire going out. While swapping out all four tires they had noticed that my brakes and alignment were off during their routine inspection. Once the car was all put back together it has been driving phenomenally.

I am highly disappointed with my experience. I scheduled an appointment specifically to have a new set of tires installed, and I booked the time slot based on the assurance that the tires would be available. I took time out of my day, drove my vehicle to the shop, and completed the drop-off process. Less than an hour later, I received a phone call informing me that the tires I had ordered had not arrived and the appointment could not be honored. This is a failure of basic logistical planning. The team should have confirmed the inventory before setting the appointment, or certainly before allowing me to drop off my vehicle. I wasted gas, wasted my time, and disrupted my schedule. While the staff member who called was polite, the operational oversight here is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot trust this shop to reliably manage even a simple service appointment. Highly disappointed and took my business elsewhere.

I tried to take advantage of their free tire repair. Belle Tire employees were terrible at communicating, and were lazy with the repair. They couldn't find the leak at first. Then I even identified the puncture for them, and marked it with pink paint. They said the repair was done, but when I showed up, they said "the good news is there was no leak". Are you kidding me! They didn't communicate with each other, leaving my tire STILL unrepaired, and leaving my family in more logistical hardship. They finally made the repair, but didn't fill the tire up to an appropriate level of psi, and they left the cap off the valve-stem. Just so many mishaps! Hard to imagine how they handle important jobs like brakes and fluid flushes. I will never return.

Went there for a brake flush and for some reason they decided to take the caliper completely off. Didnt notice it at the time and was driving home when i noticed a new clunking noise. Long story short they didn’t tighten my brake caliper bolts at all and the caliper basically fell off and damaged my wheel. Going to go talk to them in person when they open. Will edit in what they have to say. Pics included

Went in on Saturday at 2:30 pm April 11th to get a new set of rear tires and it came out with these… and of course they denied then played victim and blamed me for curbing my rim when I know for a fact I haven’t, I baby this car and only had it 5 months…. Me against a big corporation like this and me not taking before pictures is my lesson learned!! I will never come back and I hate to even take the time to make this review but this will be $1200 of my hard earned money for a new rim because of one of their technicians mess ups that they won’t own up to…

I was in Lafayette and having brake problems a little over a month ago. I made it to Belle tire. The front desk people were very nice and the waiting area was very nice. They were able to look at my vehicle and came out with a list of things wrong. It needed a new master cylinder to fix my brakes. My husband found that a place in Crawfordsville could do it cheaper. Belle asked how much, they said they could match it and get it in that day. I said great. On the way home the brakes felt spongy. It was getting dark so I didn't take it back then. I took it in 2 days later with an appointment. Even with an appointment I still waited past appointment time before it went in. They said air in lines and they bled the brakes. Going home the brakes still felt spongy. I think they should test drive before giving vehicle back. I was going to take it back a 3rd time but for some reason I thought to look at reviews. I didn't know if I wanted to chance it a third time from the reviews. Took it to the place in Crawfordsville and it needed axle replaced. I was hoping Belle would be my go to place in Lafayette. I may go back to them if I start seeing some better reviews.

This business were so good to my elderly parents this weekend. They needed some assistance with work on their truck after items fell from another truck on the highway and got stuck in the wheel axil. They took the time to work on the truck immediately. The staff that worked on the truck and interacted either my parents couldn’t have been nicer and helpful. They were very generous and helpful. They were happy to help. Thank you to all the workers that were there that evening.
