I brought my 2019 Toyota Camry in here on the Friday after Thanksgiving because it lost all power to push forward. Seemingly something to do with the transmission, hoping it was my catalytic converter. They ran some tests and said it was not my catalytic converter and it was something in the transmission. They then said to open it and fix it, they would probably just buy a whole new transmission and put it on there. That would be like $10k roughly. Seemingly knowing that I didn’t want to do/pay that. I appreciate their honesty and knowing that I didn’t want to do that. They then also declined to even charge me the diagnostic fee, so they didn’t fix it, BUT they didn’t charge me anything at all to look at it either. It’s rather frustrating to have to get my car worked on here while I’m back home visiting family for the holidays, but at least they were honest enough and didn’t charge me when they TOTALLY could have since they used man hours to look at it. Coming from a frustrating situation and moment in my life, Thank you Midas!

I've gone to this Midas location for almost 20 years. For the most part they do good work for fair prices. But I think they get inexperienced mechanics working for them occasionally that you do have to keep on top of. I've had them forget something on a list of repairs to be done, mostly. But their lifetime warranty on various parts has more than made up the difference over the years. I just had front struts replaced that they installed 11 years ago. Since they had a lifetime warranty, I only had to pay for labor. It saved me $600.

I took my car to this auto center for a second opinion while it was broken due to a mechanical failure. The master mechanic, Mike, took care of it very nicely and professionally explaining the underlying reasons that might have caused that mechanical failure. He helped me a lot and provided me with the letters and documents I needed. I owe Mike! What a nice and professional senior mechanic! His staff are also very helpful.

You can ALWAYS count on these guys to go above and beyond. I come here for tire, preventative maintenance work, electrical repairs, just basically all my automotive needs. Just the other day I had a rock stuck in my brakes. They helped me out and saved me the embarrassment of having heads turn when I pulled up and not the good head turns 😅. Not only did they fix my situation they made sure my car was sounds on all ends before letting me leave to ensure not only my safety but those on the road with me and that my friends .. is above and beyond. Good group of guys always. Welcoming atmosphere w fresh coffee and tv to help the time ease on by. Five of five stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I honestly wish I could give this place zero stars! My virtually brand new Buick Envision went in for an oil change. A little over a week later it stopped working. The issue discovered was brake fluid in the engine. An analysis was ran of the fluid by my insurance company. This error ruined my engine and I was informed I need a new engine. My vehicle was serviced there last and not a soul had done any maintenance on it after them. Called Midas and I will say the people who work in the store were nice. The regional Adam West was rude and condescending. Do not bring your car there unless you have money to blow on a new engine!

My younger brother had a new catalytic converter installed but there was a factory defect in the front manifold converter. The Midas Team found a front converter at a reasonable price and fixed the problem. They can install aftermarket converters with the understanding that there is no warranty. Very good job and great experience 😊

I took my 2017 Ford explorer with the police package there to see how much it was to change the driver door sensor. I went to Ford, bought it and took it to them. In the course of a month and me constantly going back to get it fixed right. The same mechanic who worked on my vehicle got frustrated, swung my door open and put a couple of dents in my door and also damaged the paint. Not only that my door panel was taken off and put back on so many times it warped it and it has to be replaced. I went back to Midas and showed them the estimate to get the door fixed and they wanted to replace my door that they damaged. I told the manager that y'all haven't even gotten my door panel that y'all messaged up. They submitted my claim to their corporate office and I didn't hear anything back. Today I'm going to small claims to make sure they pay for the damage they done. Oh, when I gave Midas my claim for the damage they did. That was in November. This is now the last few days of Feb and I haven't heard a thing. My vehicle will never go to that Midas or any other one. Stay safe out there. Update. I was just called by a manager from Midas a day later when I wrote my review. The manager was very short with me saying they have been calling me and leaving messages because they have my parts in . He said they have been there for a while. I told him I never missed any calls from y'all and my phone is always on. He tried to start an argument with me and that and he said he read my review. He said he has parts there and a box that was delivered that said Hyundai on it. I told him I have a 2017 explorer with the police package on it. I told him to get his information correct and get back with me. Now, I'm not going to trust them to put the new door panel on once they get the right one. They messed up my current door panel and think I'll give them the chance to put me through this again. The reason I won't let them put a new door on my truck is because I have a new door switch and they had to replace the door unlock/lock lever because they bent the original one. I would have to let them put the new parts from my old door into the new door. I'd be going through the same thing I'm going through now. If y'all aren't going to pay for the damage y'all have done. Don't call me. Also corporate was supposed to call me. Not the shop. Also I have all the information and receipts from when the work was done. Especially when my door was damaged from the fire extinguisher. Don't call me again. I'm waiting on corporate.

I’ve been bringing my vehicle here for about a year now, and I always have a great experience. Mike is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers and are fair with their pricing, which is hard to find. What really stood out to me is how they go above and beyond — they even ordered and paid for an Uber for me to get home while my car was being worked on, and offered to send one to bring me back when it was ready.
