If I could give more stars I would ! Gave a discount on the original price because it was a day later even tho nothing was promised ! Even after fixing my transmission he brought my van in to check out specific noises and fixed what he could FOR FREE . HIGHLY recommend and would go again without hesitation.

Dave at Taylor Transmission was beyond helpful and professional. He had my Dodge truck towed to his shop when I called thinking my transmission was going out. After looking at it he determined it was low on transmission fluid and the bands needed adjusted. Even with the minor inexpensive repairs, he still didn’t even charge me for the tow bill. I will definitely be taking any of my transmission needs back to Taylor Transmission. Thank you again Dave!

They worked with me with my busy schedule and was able to work quickly and efficiently. In addition, the pricing was extremely fair. I’d put no stars if I could. He is a weasel and doesn’t do the due diligence to his customers. He has failed on giving me his warranty info numerous times. He gives excuses, dodges calls, dodges you in person. He has lied and made stuff up. I had went to a different transmission shop and they said I wouldn’t have the problems with my NEW transmission or TCM module. Mind you the code was a TCM MALFUNCTION. He was trying to play it off as a different part was bad. He was real vague and short with me. Got irritated when I knew his game he was playing. Eventually got billed for this “part” that was “stuck”. It was a TCM module. Not whatever he was trying to make it out to be and him trying to say oh don’t worry if it’ll be covered under my warranty. I’ll be waiting for his awful reply to this review but just for anyone wanting to take their stuff here DONT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself the anxiety and stress.

Horrible experience paid for a rebuild and got far from it theu basically bandaid my transmission and had issues a week later and was crappy when I told them would not recommend at all

This place is great! He test drove my car with me in the passenger’s seat asking me questions and telling me what he thought was wrong. When we got back to the shop, he unfortunately had to let me know there was nothing he could do that wasn’t taking apart my whole transmission and fixing it, but he gave me some really good advice and was very kind the whole time and overall I really appreciated him taking the time to test drive my car and talk with me all at no cost :) if I thought getting my transmission redone in the car I had was an option, I definitely would’ve paid these guys to take care of me! Great customer service!

Taylor transmission really helped me out when I was in a tough spot. I needed a slave cylinder replaced which required my whole transmission to be dropped. The guys here got it done in no time flat with no hassle! The best part is that I wasn't charged an arm and a leg for the fix! My wife's 2016 ford escape transmission went out and he said he would have to order one. Called me to come pick it up and my wife drove it for a few days and said it sounded like the front end was falling apart. So i went by john banes thinking it was something else. They put the front end back together but didnt tighten anything up. Luckily john Banes recognized what t it was and he fixed it. So I will never take anything o ever own to Dave Taylor again.
