Caliber has 1600 locations. They obviously do something right. We hit a deer, insurance covered the repairs. The people doing work here can do a good job, I think they’re rushed, and the small details get glossed over. They’re more concerned with sales goals than doing a great job, and on that note they did a good job, but I still had to point out a run in the clear coat, there’s pain in the washer nozzles, and the hood alignment was off. The manager was very “it’ll be ok, don’t worry”. Overall it was a fine experience, and there was potential for a great experience, but the corporate model got in the way. I’m guessing they’re under staffed and there’s pressure to hit sales goals, which is fine, but I shouldn’t be able to tell.

Absolutely incredible service! I highly recommend their painter! I will definitely be back. I had backed into a pole and dented and scraped my bumper pretty good. Amazing job! Staff was so helpful and friendly. Work was done quickly. And a huge suprise was they detailed the interior and exterior of my car. I have taken my car into body shops over the years and no one has cleaned my car like they did! I was involved in a hot and run in my 2013 jeep patriot and was worried since this vehicle is no longer made and I've seen them totaled out for damage like this id lose my baby forever. But the guys here fixed her up like new and she actually look better than she did prior to the accident! They were fast and efficient as well. I got her back 2 day earlier than expected. They keep ypu updated the whole time and answer any questions you have. Highly recommend. Added pics of the damage and the finished product.
