As a singer for many people, I travel a lot. So I really needed some help. I was stuck in a situation where I needed a battery for my Nissan Murano. I had accidentally sent the information to the wrong AutoZone. This location, the customer service there is just phenomenal and top notch. The customer representative made my day so much bright when was able to get my payment transferred over to the correct location. 5 stars well deserved on my end!

Absolutely astounding. I am writing this as I am in the hotel in Elizabethtown Kentucky. My wife and our friends are headed to Bonnaroo from Illinois and our truck decided today was the day a fuel injector was going to die (because why the heck not) this happens about 50 miles from Lafayette Indiana. My wife a veterinarian who did her clinical year at Purdue suggested we stop here. I am so glad we did because they had the fuel injector we needed for the truck. I was stressing that we may not make it to the event. The staff went above and beyond to help us they had the in injector ready as soon as we walked in the door, they suggested a better price tool kit and helped us find a deal on rags for the mess. Without the team at this AutoZone our vacation would have been ruined. Thank you so so so much for being there for us when we needed you!! Finally, they stayed opened a few minutes beyond closing to help us get a new o ring that had also given up the ghost this saves our butts. 10/5 stars would recommend to everyone.

Chris did an amazing job on this Sunday for me in facilitating getting me an emergency roadside mechanic and all the parts that I needed to continue my 10 hour trip back home from North Carolina, Pep Boys, fire stone ,carx nor Walmart was willing to help me out in my time of need ! I was able to get the rotor , caliper ,brake shoes and pressure hose in stock and at a great price ! Great job Chris thanks again!

The staff here goes above and beyond to take care of the customer. Had a hard time finding a serpentine belt for my car in town. They ordered one from their sister store about 50 miles away and notified me when it arrived. Was able to take care of my car before the end of the day. Highly recommend.

I had an issue with my Jeep’s key fob and check engine light today.so I decided to head right to AutozZone! (new vehicle to me 1 week and 2 days latter) In the meantime in began to rain. And lo and behold my wipers are not working well. So I figured might as well get new ones. I was greeted by a polite young man upon arrival, his name is Kayden Miller. He listened attentively to all of my issues. I asked if he could hook up a code reader for the check engine light. Also my jeep’s key fob would not work could he replace the battery. He said not a problem I can help with all of that! Well, he did hooked up the code reader was very helpful with key fob, hints in case things happen again with the key fob! Collected everything need from around the store, and replaced wipers, and key fob battery. I wanted to give him a tip for his services, however NO cash! He said it wasn’t necessary and thanked me anyway. Then he said if I wanted to do something for him it would be a good review as this was only his 5th day on the job!!!! So here you are a 5star review for all you did! Thanks again!! Don’t ever change who you are, or let circumstances change you, because you are a good person and it shows! Again thanks!😊

I came to see if they had an cv axle. The guy there that night said they didn’t have any in stock. He called another store in front of me to have it transferred to their store. He told me my part would be delivered to the store the next day. Came in the next day and a different guy helped me. Had no clue what was going on, asked THE SAME GUY THAT HELPED ME the night before if he knew. He said he didn’t and he didn’t call a store for a part. So lied. Then the man helping me says the store he transferred it from doesn’t even deliver to their store. Frustrating to say the least.

Went in to get parts for my truck. Met "Charlie" at the counter. Assuming manager from Gray shirt. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and was able to get me what I needed the first time and ever talked me into some windshield washer fluid for the snow and some fuel cleaner as well. 10/10 would recommend

Kaiden was a phenomenal colleague and partner in getting my Subaru fixed up tonight! It took two hours because it was SO HARD to get to the part to be replaced, and I would never have been able to do this on my own.
