So I wanted to get way better sound in my new Challenger. My neighbor has a great system in his car from these guys and highly recommended that I start with them. Glad I did! Super friendly people and great explanation of what my options were. Also could make an appointment which for me was huge and also open on Saturdays which works even better. Everything was awesome and I'm happy I went to Sound Check!

Where to begin.. This place is simply amazing!! I needed a radio for my car, but sadly Sound Check couldn't fit me in, so I had to do the installation myself. The horrible part is that I haven't worked on anything like this since 1989. Granted, it all came back to me, but I needed a little help. I must have called those guys 20 times. While I expected the staff to get upset with my calling and finally just hang up on me, but they didn't. I have a long drive ahead of me and not having a radio would have been hell. Thank goodness for their help. You should also know the prices were very good. Finally, this is not someone from the company or a family member THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Thanks Sound Check!!!!

Came in from out of town to get some work done because there isn’t an authorized sundown dealer in Indianapolis anymore. The owner and either co-owner or employee were both amazingly helpful. When I got there they even let me know did they had found a better way to do what I asked for cheaper with even better equipment that I had originally ordered. I’ve worked with a lot of shops over the years and there aren’t many that could compete with the quality or service that I experienced year. On top of that the Price was pretty decent too.

Typically I do not rate businesses unless really happy with service or extremely disappointed. I was disappointed in the sound system that was installed in my Wrangler. It was very expensive and the sound was disappointing. I have seen better systems that sound better for a lot less. They will also only use their recommended speakers. Customer service was also terrible. Be careful before you buy.

STAY AWAY! I walked in and asked this guy for a minimum of 200 watt speakers. He ASSURED me I only needed 100 watt speakers in a 2019 Ram. From the moment I picked up the truck I was in absolute tears. First, the droning sound. If this guy was an actual professional and knew so much about Rams like he exaggerated and claimed he was, he would have fixed the droning. Instead - I used forums to figure out what part I needed to to fix it. Second - the 100 watt speakers he put in my truck are blown. They were blown from the moment I started listening to them. They claim to be open until 7 but I have gone up to that place at 3:00pm and I can assure you they are NEVER there past 3 in the afternoon. They NEVER answer the phone. I have filed two fraudulent claims against this company. This guy does NOT know car audio. I should have went to the guy off 52 that works out of his garage. I guarantee I would have driven away happier. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! THESE GUYS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO NOT KNOW CAR AUDIO SYSTEMS!! THEY ARE A JOKE!!!!!

Worst experience ever!!!!! I purchase 4 new speakers from this business and paid for full installation and came to find out the owner only installed 2 new ones and kept 2 of my old speakers, when I asked for the old speaker he explain the he had to break them to removed them from my truck he had the audacity of lying and stealing in my face. When I checked they never attempted to even removed the old ones. I ask for my money back and still want to charge me. Thieves definitely don’t trust this business.

The pros at Sound Check hooked it up!! Boat finally sounds awesome and all it needed was a couple more amps to separate the power. Truck is sounding sweet now as well. New door speakers and a couple 12’s under the back seats in a custom box. Knocked it all out in 2 days. Very pleased!

I needed my System setup and tuned before the Big Slamology Indianapolis contest. This shop is fantastic! The owner fit me in on a Saturday with the very short notice I gave him. He told me it would be done in 2hrs. When I came back after 2hrs. My car was all finished just like he said. I have a very complex setup and They really know what they are doing up there my system sounds amazing now! I would recommend this shop to anyone that wants their stereo system done right the 1st time!
