Very helpful. They don't move on their prices, however, they make sure your new vehicle is ready for you. They found that a small issue with tires and put brand new tires on my jeep at no extra cost and paid for a new key to be made.

Took vehicle in because the tire pressure sensor light came on. They fixed my rotors and the cable to my gas release but after paying $600 the light is still on. Not sure if they even looked at it. Oh, convenient that my extended warranty doesn’t cover anything they did do though.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Auto Express in Lafayette and it was a really smooth process. The sales people were great and I didn't have to wait around for someone to help me like you expect to at other dealerships. But the best service came after we brought the car home and noticed we were missing a part in the interior. I connected with Parker in the service center and he truly went above and beyond to help us. He not only tracked down a replacement park, but he had it shipped directly to us so we wouldn't have to drive back to pick it up (we live over an hour away). Parker communicated every step of the process along the way and I never felt out of the loop once. I would recommend Auto Express Service purely based on Parker's attention to detail and communication skills. It was a great experience!

We recently went back in for service as a return visit after seeing a reoccurring issue. Warranty covered the issue but due to Auto Express outsourcing the work to another shop in town, we were charged a fee for the diagnostic on this visit of $52 despite it being a simple 7 minute visit with clearing the history of the check engine light. Upon visit, I was invited into the back with the tech who was very friendly and knowledgeable but because of this I was able to see the work being completed first hand. I timed the tech at 7 minutes in total connecting with a device to read normal readings on my battery and alternator. I was told the fault we saw was likely due to a potential past history and needed cleared or it's not an issue that can be identified due to the fault disappearing before we arrived at the shop. A simple diagnostic like this is quick and easy and done for free at auto zone. It made sense for me to return to the shop where my warranty is and was quite surprising to see a $52 charge for such a quick visit. Again, the staff is very friendly here and the tech was very knowledgeable. I am all for ensuring a tech is paid for his time but $52 charge for such a quick return visit from something that should have been fixed at my last visit came as a surprise and seemed excessive. It felt wrong to be charged at such a rate and left me feeling taken advantage of.

Recently I made my third vehicle purchase and auto express la Payette Indiana. Each time was a pleasant experience. But this time I dealt with 4 different people to get the job done 2 salesmen. Named Alonzo and Alex and 2 men and the shop staff named Parker and Noah. Everybody was very, very helpful. I was very great. I'm 81 years old.
