Had a similar expierence, however mine started with the salesman chuck, then on to the laughing service manager. As a result, I will NEVER set foot on BR Honda lot again. ZERO STARS

Bought a car August 2nd and had a list of “we owe you” things and it is now almost November and I still haven’t been able to get my things done. My mirror about flew off two days after getting home while driving on the highway, I called and told the girl and she said it would be taken care of and now I’m being told it won’t be fixed because they didn’t know about it and it could’ve happened in a parking lot after I bought it, it hadn’t been anywhere besides my house since I bought it. Things not getting done was put on the sales girl so someone else took over taking care of me and apparently it wasn’t the girl we had, it’s looking like it’s everyone there not wanting to deal with doing what they agreed to do. I can’t even get ahold of anyone to figure anything out. I 100% will NEVER buy from here again or ever recommend this place to anyone!!!

Unbelievably slow service. Waited two months plus for a headlamp part, and the waiting times for updates were frustratingly long. I wasn't informed about the part's arrival until I walked in to follow up, and communication about delays remained lacking. Left disappointed with the entire experience.

Came in for a routine oil change on my 2017 Honda CRV. They really saw me coming and took advantage of my age and obvious lack of knowledge. Total bill was close to $700 with $450 being labor for less than 2 hours of work. I trusted my dealer in Colorado where the car was purchased then recently moved back to Lafayette, I will never use or recommend this place of business

2021 Honda Civic type r Factory defect Cracked head Completely new engine. Communication is some of the worst I've seen from a big name business. This place is privately owned so any complaints have to go through rohrman ..Honda HQ doesn't get involved with this place. Trying to hold this place accountable for anything is like calling the cops on the cops. It's just the typical stealership. All the horror stories you have and will hear about dealerships. This is one of those. They won't keep you updated about your vehicle or parts unless you call and call and finally get a hold of someone who's not just the receptionist. Your car will sit outside for a month in the elements They won't get you into a loaner until you become slightly rude. They will drag their feet and lie to you about when things are getting done. You'll maybe have to go purchase your own part, and bring it to them, so you don't end up waiting 21 days or longer when it's already been over 2 months for a job they said would be 3 week Some managers got fired and I suppose it causes the whole shop to either shut down or get super busy. One worthless manager being fired caused cars to sit on lifts for weeks? I don't see how. Ultimately these people just make a living wage fixing other people's car, they don't care about who they are doing it for. It's a paycheck, it's a job. There is absolutely no above and beyond for the customers. If you can. Do it yourself or get on here and find out who the best mechanic is in town. This place hikes up the prices on every single item except the free popcorn and lukewarm bottled water. Don't be taken advantage of by yet another dealership we've all grown to fear that name..

Wanted to give them a chance... wasted a day of work for nothing. Extremely poor communication and disrespect. Service advisors are trained to laugh at customers? Came in for the AC recall on a 10th gen civic. Called ahead of time to ensure they'd have the parts so no ones time is wasted. Was told they have it and assuming it was the recall issue (it was) it would be fixed. I get the keys back from Luis Escobar (no relation, I hope) and am told they don't have the part so nothing can be done. When will it be in stock? He says he can't tell me. I ask if it would be 1 day, week, year? Nothing. I say this is a waste of time and with an attitude he goes "It's free". Of course it's free, it's a defective Honda part. I called ahead of time so I didn't waste your time either. He also wouldn't give me any receipts or the paperwork until I asked. They were given with a "Here take it". To top it off, as I'm leaving, he laughs at me. Fake politeness and zero understanding of the situation. Zero suggestions on how to rectify it either. 1 star for the hot wheel collection

One of the worst service center. I got a new car from Bob Rohrman, and it has the front camera problem so I have to bring my car to service within 2 weeks, and it still hasn’t get fixed after 3 weeks waiting. I never heard any new car have this issue, and I don’t know how long I have to keep waiting. Good job Bob Rohrman Honda!

Luis Escobar and Adam Adrian have both gone above and beyond in making sure that the issue with my car has been solved. It is rare to see a service crew taking such due diligence in their work and making sure that the customer is happy. When we hit a hiccup in the diagnosis of my car, they made sure to do multiple tests and make sure that we figure out what was wring with the car. The repair was clear, quick, and very efficient. Not to mention that they always have a great attitude. I will always go to them for any services to my car.

Honestly - I always always dread car service. - are they efficient? Are they telling the truth ? Well - I took my car - Honda Element -by the way best car ever !! into the service area. The young gentleman that helped me was so great!! Personable - knowledgeable- kind. I stayed there while they serviced my car - hunkered down to stay at least four hours. They completed my service in 2 !!! The technician stayed during his lunch and finished it! Amazing !! Five stars PLUS !

I brought my Honda Fit in because a front wheel was making strange noises. I wrote a (I thought) pretty detailed description of the problem when I made an appointment online. After I brought it it I was told by the service advisor that they had to do a (rather costly) diagnostic and it would take an hour to an hour and half. Fast forward two hours later I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong and that they couldn't replicate the problem. I was still charged quite a bit higher than I thought was reasonable. After some complaining the manager came out and actually rode in the car with me to see if he could hear the noise. And he did! He promptly took the car back in and half an hour later told me the problem (turned out to be very minor) was finally fixed. Still, the time and money spent made this an unpleasant experience.

I recently visited this service center after being quoted a certain price over the phone. However, once I arrived, they told me there were conditions attached to that offer—something they didn’t mentioned earlier. The final price ended up being nearly double what I normally pay at other Honda dealerships. I typically pay around $60 elsewhere, so I was really disappointed by how expensive their service was. Overall, I felt misled and overcharged, and I don’t think I’ll be returning.
