Went in for an oil change and new tires, old tires were getting scary! Chase had new tires in stock for me and they had a great price. On inspection it was noted that I need some brake work but I have time to do that on my next oil change since it isn't critical. They also trouble shot my fan that runs on high all the time, evidently a pin broke and that causes it to not be able to adjust -- or something like that! I was very pleased with the explanation of the fan and the what's my priority and the no pressure for things that were not the priority now. And I'll be able to park in my driveway up a hill on the snow!! Woohoo! Chase was a great rep!

I agreed to install 4 new tires as recommended. They said they can do it today. Salesman comes back and said they are not in stock in the shop. They need to go into town and pick them up. This was in the morning. Calls me back and says the tires won’t be in till the afternoon okay so I will wait. Calls me again and suggest I go home and make another appointment for the tires. Five hours later I headed home. Not cool….

I always use Defouw Nissan Service Center! The newly remodeled facility is fantastic! Very clean. Front Desk team is always helpful and has often not done work I requested because my vehicle didnt need it at the time. They offer suggestions after each oil change to keep the life of my vehicle going, yet they do not push me to schedule these services. Offering me the freedom to make the final decision! I will continue to use them as long as they keep this customer service experience like this!

Excellent customer service. I just brought in my '23 Nissan Armada for an oil change, and as soon as I pulled in I was immediately greeted and I told the gentlemen I had a scheduled oil change, and he was very nice and showed me where to wait. It felt like just a few minutes and I received a text video from the technician of the undercarriage of my vehicle he suggested everything that may be due to be changed. Overall I definitely will be coming back. These guys went one million percent above and beyond my expectations. THANK YOU!!!!! 😊

As of right now, I am seriously dissatisfied with my experience with Nissan Service center. I made an appointment to have my car checked out via phone. I listed all the issues that had emerged and had a slew of parts I wanted to have them check out. I reiterated this list at the top of the appointment. When they completed the check and were about to return my car to me, I found out that they didn’t check the transmission, which was one item I specifically asked them twice to check. They went through and checked the fluid, just to find out there was hardly any fluid. Now, it is the day of my appointment to get my alternator fixed and I get a call as I am heading out the door and it turns out that they are running behind schedule and could not get the part in. They are wanting now to reschedule. For a person whose husband doesn’t work or has a free schedule this would be no problem. My husband however, works all day from 9am to 8pm and getting him to keep two portions of his day clear to help me drop off the car and pick it up is really difficult. I am so frustrated with all aspects of this experience. I will update once the work is done, but at this point - not happy and not impressed with this business or service.

I scheduled service and a recall check on line for my 2023 Rogue. That was convenient and easy. When you arrive at the service bay a scanner at the garage door relays information to the service department and to your phone, if they have your number. Check-in was uncomplicated and quick. My advisor introduced themselves and showed me to the waiting area. They let me know that it would be around 2 hours to complete everything. They have coffee and water in the waiting area. There is plenty of seating with an TV. Wifi is free. They keep you updated via your phone and even send pictures/video of the inspection. They also come to speak to you in person. I needed a tire rotation, which wasn’t planned. I got that done which was $10 and just a little extra time. My car was completed in 90 min. I have free oil changes due to the extended warranty, so all I paid for was the tire rotation. Overall, the service people are great and the newer facility is very nice. I like the transparency with the phone interaction. I highly recommend DeFouw Nissan to all.
