I walked out to my car during my lunch break one afternoon, to find that my back door on the driver's side was bashed in!!! Someone hit my parked car and drove off! I took it to Auto Body Specialties, and boy am I glad I did. My car was fixed in no time! In fact, my car looked new!!! Unfortunately, it was going to be another week before my insurance could pay the man, but he let me take my car as soon as it was ready on good faith! NOW THAT is looking out for the customer! Can't recommend this place enough!

I requested a suspension repair quote (not even the repair itself, just a quote) and, over the multiple weeks my car was left in their shop, never received it. I called multiple times asking for updates and was always told that they would call me back with it within the next day or two, even reassuring me that they did indeed have my phone number from their caller ID. When I finally called to inform them that I would be picking up my car with or without a quote they said it would be ready upon my arrival. Instead, when I arrived I was told again that they would call me about it later that day. I never received a single phone call. All I wanted was a price estimate, yet I was ignored continuously for weeks on end.

Brought my 2018 Ram 1500 here after it was hit by a drunk driver. They did excellent work and the truck came out looking just like it had prior to the collision. The shop took care of dealing with my insurance company and made the whole process super easy. Everything was replaced with OEM parts and looks like new. This would be the first place I'd bring my vehicle back to in the future and I would recommend this shop to anyone.

I thought this would be a perfect day to write this review. To say how thankful I am to Auto Body Specialties is an under statement. They went above & beyond to help our son with his car after a deer hit him(this was our first time experiencing that & hopefully our last) Our insurance company was taking forever on this process, and even responding to me. We only knew of updates about the insurance because auto Body Specialties would email me to let me know updates as I was not getting them from our insurance. ABS was so quick to responded whenever I had a question, they were by our side through out this process as we were not sure how this went. They were so kind & patient with me. Never treated us as just customers, they treated us as friends! The final result of my son’s car looks amazing, ever better than before. We truly appreciate ABS & what they have done. For an auto body repair shop to go above & beyond like they did says a lot not only about the company but about their character, about them as individuals as well! The team was extremely professional, detail oriented, and timely. They took great care of us and our car, working directly with the insurance provider after my wife was involved in a front end accident. The damage was, as it often happens, a lot more extensive than initially thought. They dealt with the insurance company and fixed car with all new GM OEM parts.
