Window was replaced but not lined up accurately in August. The alerts showed debris on front camera. They took the van to have it recalibrated (after one no show appointment) it came back with more alerts. Then they scheduled to redo the window due to it not being aligned (after 4 more no show appointments that cause me to spend money on childcare) they replaced the window again and it was aligned, but the new alerts were never fixed. The receptionist never returned calls said she would make sure the owner knew what was going on. Apologize because she was the only one working in the office. Owner said he never heard of me and would fix the problem. He ordered a new camera and would install it Thanksgiving week. Never heard from him, two weeks later I called and he said he forgot. He also lied and never ordered the camera. He promised he would make it right then tired to say they never touched the camera and he shouldn’t be responsible for fixing it. For 4 months they took advantage of my patience and kindness and left me stressed and very disappointed. The camera they broke was never repaired. My husband overseas told me to just give up and he would take care of it when he returns. If I could give this company zero stars I would!!! Update, the owner is responding that I am not returning my insurance companies calls when I am the one who re-opened the claim and worked directly with them to find a better company to fix the problem. I took my van to Advanced Auto Glass repair and trim and they fixed the issue in less than one hour… it wasn’t anything to do with the fan or camera. Advanced Auto glass was so professional and even apologized for what Auto Glass Express did and provided the service and repair for free. If you’re looking for a reliable place to have your window repaired use Advanced Auto Glass repair and trim 3414 st. Rd. 38 Lafayette. The owner even thanked my husband for his service at Advanced Auto Glass and honors men and women in service.

If you need windshield repair done this is the place to go. On Tuesday August 26th at 11am they came out to my place and put a new windshield in my 2025 honda accord. Took them about a half hour to hour to do it. The 2 guys that did it were super friendly. If i need more windshield repair in the future this is the place I will go honest people highly recommend this place to anyone they will stand behind there work by 100 percent

Ron and his associates did an amazing job from start to finish. Ron was so kind, patient and informative over the phone before even selecting them to replace my entire windshield. I never felt pressured into anything and was well informed of what they were doing. Couldn’t beat the price either for a full windshield replacement. The only “cons” were the very very tiny waiting room and that nobody called me to tell me my car was finished, I had to call and check which worried me something had happened.

After the winter storm and during the negative temperatures in January 2026, my windshield cracked up the middle due to an unknown reason. However, within just an hour of calling my insurance company, the really kind woman at Autoglass Express's front desk called me and had an appointment set up as early as possible the next day. It was really cold in the waiting area, but the friendly atmosphere and quick service definitely made up for it. A week later, and I am still extremely pleased with my experience and product.
