I was in caught in the hail storm 05-09-23 and my Altima SR had a few dings I read reviews on Dent Pro LLC and I decided to give them a call and Greg was so helpful when I made an appointment to get an estimate and arrange a day to complete the work. When I picked up my vehicle I was so amazed at the work that was done and the dings disappeared like magic and I was quoted a great price and was given quality work and customer service I couldn’t be more appreciative. Recently purchased a 2019 BMW with some dents on both the roof and roof rail line. Brought the vehicle to Shane and he explained his process (I was ignorant to PDR and recommend you have it explained to you prior) and what was needed to complete the work, along with squeezing me in for the next day. My 2017 Honda Accord was really beat up after that huge hail storm in Greer back on March 21st. I called Dent Pro Upstate the following day and I spoke with Shane, the owner and he was pleasant and very helpful . After meeting with my adjuster, I dropped my car off and it was repaired within 3 weeks. I knew it was going to take awhile because there was so much damage. I got my car back and it looked as good as it did when I first bought it in Jan. There was only one small problem....there was paint residue on the inside of my car (black leather seats), windows, and trim. I called on a Saturday, prepared to leave a voice message and Shane answered. He told me to call him on Monday and he'd get it taken care of. I went by the shop after work and Greg took care of the paint residue with no problem. This group of gentlemen are professional and very nice. They know what they are doing and they appreciate their customers. I would recommend Dent Pro Upstate to anyone looking for great customer service and amazing dent repair. -Teesha D.

Whoa! Very pleased with my difficult dents and their eradication. I backed into my garage door with my 2024 Volvo v60. Dents creased the beltline of the tailgate and I thought impossible to resolve nicely. Nope, Dent Pro Upstate smoothed them out and the result is nearly perfect. Delighted.

Highly recommend Dent Pro Upstate. My wife’s black Tesla was caught in the hail from May 9th. Probably a hundred dings to deal with. These guys are so good I could swear they just bought me a new Tesla when I picked it up. A complete miracle these guys performed. The tech who did it named Jesse kindly went over the car with me and he couldn’t have been nicer. He is probably the most talented dent repair tech I’ve ever seen. Brandon provided excellent communication and always did what he said. He dealt with my insurance and got things done quickly. Not the cheapest but definitely the best! Go here if you’re a perfectionist.

Visited Shane and the guys at Dent Pro Upstate this morning, with my daughter’s car. The car had very minor paint scuff and some minor scratches at wheel arch trim piece (front end parking lot mishap). These guys could not have been friendlier and more gracious with their time. They looked at the vehicle, pulled it into their service bay did some work on it and fixed the cosmetic issues on the spot. They wouldn’t take money and wouldn’t even let me buy them lunch. I would recommend this shop for service/repair and also for good conversation. Thank you DPU!

Amazing Service, honesty was key in our service. We had a very strange dent in our truck and the position it was on was a hard spot. He was up front with telling us he would do his best, well we took to get it fixed. Called a couple hours later, stated he got the dent to the best of his ability without cracking the paint, gave us an awesome referral and for him calling to tell us without attempting to do more damage was so important to us!!! When got there and to be honest from our eyes it looked 100% better. Truly a company that stands by their word. Very fast!!!! Will use again!!!!!

Greg Hayden fixed several small dings on my Mazda MX-5 that occurred during a previous owner's time with the vehicle – one on the side behind the driver's door (which had a sharp crease within the small ding) and a half-dozen others on the retractable roof which looked very similar to hail damage. The price was reasonable, the service was quick, and the results were amazing – the car now looks as if the dings never existed in the first place! A few years ago I had Dent Pro Upstate fix a few more severe door dings on a previous car I owned and they did a similarly wonderful job. This is the place to go if you want your car to look once again like it just came out of the showroom and had never been exposed to a parking lot!

What a great outcome! am a fussy classic car collector, when a golf ball bounced off my trunk lid and left 2 depressions and I was left with my depression what to do? Excellent service. My girlfriend had an 'oops' and ended up with a pretty heft dent in her bumper. We looked online and found a few dent repair places, but Dent Pro Upstate had the most consistently good reviews and a nice updated website. My girlfriend called and spoke with Greg and sent in pictures and they got her in early one morning to look at it. Next thing you know, the dent was gone and she was on her way! They did excellent work and you would be hard-pressed to find a better deal. Their customer service was fantastic! We would definitely go back!

Really happy with the work and ease of booking appointment. I called and got an appointment booked right away. The waiting area is nice. The work was done quickly but done right. This is a new car and I got a bad door ding right at the horizontal crease and he was able to restore it. Pricing was honest and fair. Highly recommend.
