Karlos was honest and open about what was going on with my vehicle. The crew at the shop were efficient and were quick to work on the car. The turnaround was reasonable and the expectations were clearly communicated. I was really grateful to have been able to find a local auto shop that takes great care of their customers but also clearly outlines the cost and labor involved. I would recommend these guys any day of the week.

If you don’t like long reviews, mine turned into that very quickly so just know if you expect communication and professionalism you absolutely won’t find that here. I’m not one to leave reviews, good or bad, unless I really feel people should hear and unfortunately my review is nothing like all the 5 star reviews shared that lead me to this sad excuse of a business in the first place. My first experience with them was questionable but I didn’t question enough and ended up allowing them to service my vehicle again. Ultimately, the “manager” has the worst customer service and communication I’ve ever had to deal with from a business or “professional”. When I dropped my car initially they said I’d hear back in a couple of hours…I had to call them at the end of the day to be told that they are waiting to hear back and they will call back in fifteen minutes. I even asked if I should call back and was told no…only to not hear back the rest of the day. I call the next morning on Wednesday to be told that they wouldn’t be able to start work on my car until after Monday the following week, I asked him how he didn’t think he should’ve communicated with me that they were planning to keep my car without working on it until the next week and why he would tell me not to call back and then never get back to me. It’s crazy how someone who calls themself a manager doesn’t take responsibility or accountability, he couldn’t even apologize for the inconvenience they caused me and only asked if I’m bringing the car back when they get the parts in…that should have been my sign to run and never look back, but since we are here you can tell that’s not what happened. After quoting, charging, and “completing” the work they charged, on my way home I realized that the work wasn’t complete messaged called and left voicemails for the last three days I finally got someone on the phone to be told, they aren’t reimbursing me for the job they didn’t complete but also had no plans of fixing the issue. I’m honestly shocked that this has happened, still while I’m typing this. I’m so angry and all I feel I can do now is warn anyone willing to read all this not trust them with your vehicles and take legal action

I can’t vouch for the prices because I know nothing about car repair but they seemed fair to me and Carlos is incredibly kind and transparent about the work that needed to be done. He send me a quote and photos and had it fixed in two days! Can’t thank him enough. So relieved to have a reliable and thoughtful mechanic in the neighborhood.

Charged me for a full diagnostic of my brake system. Did $1700 worth of repairs and when I came to pick the car up, all of the error lights were still on and the radar was loose and hanging off the front of the car from whatever 'repairs' they did. This place is a scam, do not recommend.

I had a great experience here. So many mechanics want to use cheap unreliable aftermarket made in china parts. Jose was happy to source oem parts for my 1st gen Toyota Tacoma. Excellent Vehicle Diagnostics and Clear Communication with Customer ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ José lived up to the positive reviews of other customers and successfully repaired my vehicle. My vehicle was not giving a ‘ready’ reading for inspection and another mechanic said I just had to keep driving it until it did. The only problem was that I was already in the extension period and I needed a solution. José offered a drive cycle service and said that he would be able to recommend a solution if the after taking it through the manufacturer specified drive cycle it was still not ready for inspection. It ended up being 2 subsequent repairs that enabled all the vehicle’s sensors to give a ready signal, and it passed inspection. Very satisfied and will be back.

The service was done as diagnosed and quoted. They replaced a PCM, which turned out to be bad. They replaced the old one and ordered a new one. We brought the car back when new one came in. They were quick. I felt the price was reasonable for the work. The only downside is they charge for the test drive. They disclose this but that seems to be a new trend. Also, dropping off the car when they are closed. Parking is difficult. They are close to two subway stations and buses. It makes it easily to get to and from.

I have been to this mechanic twice in the past three months. One for a minor repair and the other time was for my inspection and oil change. I could not be happier with my experience, they are easy to reach, easy to communicate with, reliable, and transparent on pricing. One of my least favorite experiences of being a car owner was always finding someplace I trusted. I do live 40 minutes away, but do not mind the travel because I trust them completely. I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Overall experience was 5 stars easily. Came into the shop and went over the issues I was having and what work I wanted done. They are very receptive, listened, and discussed the services they offered that would best fit my needs. Had a general inspection done and they provide a website link where you can see live updates of the work being done, issues encountered, and pictures to support findings. Once the inspection was complete I had access to a website link that reviewed all the problems found, suggested repairs, and cost broken down by labor and parts. They even go so far as to separate different aspects of the labor to better understand how much time really is going into the repair. Accepting or declining work is straight forward and they are abundantly clear with their prices. When I went to pick up the car, they took the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions, and explain repairs I didn’t understand. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, communicative shop that will explain the work needed, how’s it’s done, and how costs are generated, this is the place.

I was Not actually satisfied by the service i got on Monday with my car the OBD board was open i saw the cover was missing when i got home and then i went back right away they find the cover and closed it and also i noticed the front trunk was also not closed properly and there was a unusual sound I i noticed when i drive i asked about it and i was told to diagnosed again that's acceptable so when we go and get a service we expect a good and a quality service front provider so next time please check the vehicle after it's done and given to customer thank you!

I honestly don’t like giving reviews on business. But I hope this one helps someone looking for a mechanic. I’ve been looking for a mechanic to fix a few things on my truck after getting the run-around from my last mechanic. I found these guys on Google and decided to go with them because their website stated that they specialize in Ram trucks. I brought the car in and left it for a few days. I get an estimate via text for inspection of the vehicle to identify the problems that I’ve been having. This came out to be $443! So initial reaction is no way I’m paying that for just an inspection! This is the first time I’ve encountered a shop that charges to inspect a vehicle. After speaking to Jose I decided to go along and approve of this inspection since I already paid for a car rental for the next few days. He explained that this is part of the job and they can guarantee they will find the issue with the vehicle. So the next day I get the estimate for the actual work that needs to be done. Long story short I only chose to approve 2 of the jobs that need to get done. I went to pick up my truck the next day and waited a while for them to finish up my truck. They drop the truck off the lift and the truck was just sitting there for 30 minutes.I thought they were waiting for one of the guys to get freed up test drive and make sure everything is good. 20 minutes before the shop closes I ask Jose if my truck is ready. He replies” Yes, it’s been ready, but we have a problem”. Apparently, after all the work that they did, the an issue with the truck still remained. After doing a final smoke and pressure test they found a leak somewhere else and that’s another $500+ job!!!! So after paying $443 for an inspection of the vehicle that was supposed to guarantee they pinpoint and find the issue and labor and parts I ended up paying $800 and I still have the same issue with my truck! I’m frustrated because I think if you're going to charge the customer for inspection of the vehicle there should be more due diligence on the mechanic's part to make sure the issue is found! I won’t be bringing my vehicle here again cause it seems like a money pit if you ask me. This mechanic shop if way overpriced and shouldn’t be charging customers to inspect vehicles. Hope this helps.
