Went to Desmonds for an oil change and to have to diagnostics done for another issue. The team there was quick at turning around the oil change and the diagnostic. They explained everything clearly, offered solutions, were up front about parts and labor costs, and didn't apply any pressure. It was a great experience and I will continue to use them.

Bob and Mike got me out of a pickle. They took me in on the same day I called for a battery light on, implying an alternator replacement. We were on vacation and needed a fast solution. Think twice before you buy any vehicles or have any vehicle serviced from Desmond's. My father is a senior citizen that also had a traumatic brain injury years ago. Desmond's took full advantage of him & his money. 1 He traded in a truck in return he got pennies for the truck that he was traded in. 2 he gave cash on top of the deal more $$ than what the truck was worth 3 he brings the truck home next thing there's oil all over the driveway 4 he brings it back to Desmond's he then leaves it at Desmond's for them to repair the oil leak 5 a few hours later they say the trucks all set (in my opinion they just cleaned up the oil underneath & did no repair at all) 6 Because a few days later he's driving the truck there's smoke coming from everywhere it's from a massive oil leak that was not repaired by Desmonds (Ford dealership said this truck 💯 could have caught on fire 7 since Desmond's did not fix the leak properly the first time nor go through and give the truck a thorough safety inspection he brought it to a Ford dealership they said it was the oil feed lines along with both turbos along with multiple other mechanical issue the bill was over '$8000' 8 He pays 8k plus and picks up the truck from Ford Dealership 9 he then heads to Desmonds with the receipt Desmond's says sorry we can't help you out with any kinda refund. The truck is still under warranty. For those reading this What if this was your senior citizen parent? Enough Said !!!!!!!!! Reply Update what running clean vehicle is worth $2,200 in 2025? What kind of garage says we're going to pressure wash it come back in a few days to determine the leak? You said the power steering leak was minimal there shouldn't be any kind of leak when you purchase a vehicle from a car dealership. Both turbos needed to be replaced they showed me the rotted oil feed lines as well.

If we could give Desmond’s Auto 10 stars we would. Bill and Mike are the best! Very accommodating and treat their customers with respect. Honest and trustworthy! A smaller dealership that values each and every one of their customers. Unlike the large automobile dealerships and service departments. They have skilled mechanics and are not in the business to take advantage of their customers. We would trust Desmond’s to do any repair on our vehicles.
