I arrived for my alignment service and was greeted by one of the employees in their garage. Afterwards I walked inside and was greeted by the gentleman behind the counter and was immediately asked if I was ready to drop off for the alignment. It showed me that they are prepared ahead of time for the work of the day and I greatly appreciated it. Following the appointment I was debriefed on what the issue was and also given advice. Just awesome people!! My Nissan had a clanging problem that lasted for a few months. Firestone recommended over three thousand dollars worth of work on my 17 Altima including front and rear suspension. Troy at Reliable replaced some paneling for 160 and the problem is solved. They are so friendly and always seem willing to help you where you are at.

If you’re looking for a knowledgeable, honest, REALLY GOOD mechanic I HIGHLY SUGGEST you see Troy from reliable auto. He’s the absolute best mechanic in my opinion. He will fix your car issue for a reasonable price. He’s so good he normally has a couple week time gap to fit you in but TRUST ME, he’s worth the wait. He’s the “Car doctor” and will fix your car and leave you feeling happy you did business with him. I can’t say enough good things about Troy. He truly cares about his customers. Even went out of his way to help me, a complete stranger on a Sunday, off business hours to help me with a car issue. I’ll never use any other mechanic but Troy moving forward. If I could leave him 10 stars I would. Thank you Troy for all the good work you do for all of your customers. He’s amazing and definitely knows what he’s doing. I was having issues slotting my strut assembly into the steering knuckle. Ran around town to different auto shops and they gave me the run around. Came here, someone walked up to me, asked me what was up, gave me a good price, slotted the strut in a few minutes, and I was on my way back home. Amazing service. I recommend this place to anyone in need of something auto related. Fantastic!

Had major engine work done. Week later a coolant leak. Said it was overflow tank cap not on tight. Now week after that I have another more aggressive coolant leak. It’s not the cap. Also front suspension has a loud clunk going over bumps which wasn’t there before it was worked on. Don’t feel this was test driven. And picked up truck and my front license plate and bracket was smashed like someone with a trailer hitch backed into it .

Only an oil change but good work and great customer service. I asked them to rotate my tires but it turned out they didn't need it yet so they didn't do it. Many places would just do it and charge you a bunch of money. Very satisfied and will return.

Seemed like a great place to go due to the reviews. I brought my Tacoma here to get it looked over and have an idle issue FIXED. I specifically wrote on a piece of paper what I wanted to be CHECKED and what I wanted FIXED. Went out of their way and got everything in order, talked a great game but when I went to pick the truck up the idle issue was not fixed after spending over $1,000 on other stuff that I didn't deem necessary. To which I only obligated because they said the idle was fixed, and it even says on the receipt it was road tested after which I find impossible to believe because the idle was high the second I started it and stayed that way, even after driving for days after. I called and he said we will make it right. I reached out to let them know I wouldn't be able to drop the truck off the next day like I anticipated due to getting called into work. I asked for a quote of what would be done so I know what I'm getting into. Never received a call back and it's been a week. Just ordered the parts myself, which is exactly what I didn't want to do. So, with that being said. I now have $1,000 less in my pocket and a truck that still doesn't idle correctly. Very unfortunate as I planned on bringing my vehicles here from now on and was going to get it fluid filmed there as well. Again, I'll just do it myself. As they say, you want something done right I guess you gotta do it yourself. A call back with a quote would be the proper business practice in my eyes. I would highly advise you to take vehicle elsewhere to get work done if you want it fixed properly. It gets even funnier as I was charged 6 1/2 hours of labor when all I requested was the vehicle be inspected and gone through. This place will gouge you for everything and are a bunch of con artists. Absolute joke.

Had the most annoying vibrating sound in my jeep and went to two other shops and they were trying to charge me an arm and a leg for it without an exact diagnosis. Brought the jeep to reliable and they fixed the sound within 24 hours of having it. Troy is a very honest and knowledgeable mechanic and I will be moving all my business to this shop moving forward! This place is not so reliable. They worked on my truck and when I went to pick it up my brakes went to the floor very very unsafe. I would never go there again. And my brake fluid keeps going low. This is definitely not a good garage.

Reliably overpriced. They charged more than the dealership quoted us and don't offer the same guarantees on their work. They took forever with both a big fix we brought in couple months ago and then this week robbed us of 300 for an oil change that should have been done in 30 minutes but 'took them almost 2 hours'. An oil change & tire rotation would have cost us less than half of that at the brand name dealership. Communication & timing were a disaster. Don't really care if they "do good work", completely overridden by being dishonest and greedy. My extremely non confrontational husband insisted that I write this review with his seal of approval 😅
