I will always get my car washed here. The prices are extremely reasonable. In addition, whatever level of wash you get, you can expect to get your car back looking brand new. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I saw they had great ratings, but I wasn’t expecting them to be this good. I honestly couldn’t be more impressed. Im definitely coming back. Like I’m sitting here watching them with my car and others’ cars and they pay attention to details that I would if I were doing the work on my own car. Seriously awesome and respectable, and they were all friendly. Highly recommend

Highly recommended this car wash ! I'm a long-time customer and have found Gustavo and his team to be very hardworking and meticulous. Of course, there will always be times when there's a new employee learning on-the-job, but you can always ask that person to re-do something if he happens to miss a spot while in training. The whole crew really strives to go above-and-beyond to please their customers, which is why they're always super busy at that location...needless to say their reasonable prices are hard to beat as well!

I haven't had a bad experience here yet. Just got my seats cleaned because my baby vomited in it a couple weeks ago. Haven't had the time to get it taken care of because I've been working 60hr weeks. So imagine it's been sitting for a while. When I called the dude told me $75 bucks i thought to myself maybe he doesn't know what he's dealing with lol. I expected the prices to change once they seen the seats. But to my surprise they didn't, and they took their time and hand washed the seats which i was leary about at first but after seeing the results.... needless to say I was impressed! This place is AWESOME!

I got my car wash here on 03/14/22 and i had a jumper cables in the back and now it’s missing. The only place I been to with this car of mine is at the car wash. I had gone to them before. So little did I know they would steal my cable. It’s a good expensive jumper cable. I went to them to ask maybe they forgot to put it back in my car and they said no they don’t touch anything. So how did you vacuum the back if you didn’t move my cable around. I am so disappointed. Stealing and lying was not expected from this place. Never going back nor recommending this place ever again.

The first time I came here I was very impressed. Maybe even the second time I came I was still very impressed, but these passed few times I have went, the job has been absolutely horrible. I was hoping maybe it was something that would probably be a 2 time thing but today just really topped it off for me. I took my car to get washed and they told me my car was done. I go to inspect my car and there are literally dirty spots all over my car. The handles, the trim, the gas tank door, the trunk, the windows, water spots EVERYWHERE. I just don't understand why they would even think this is okay. I perhaps can understand water spots and other minor things can be missed, however, the other very obvious spots that were not clean, like the trunk, are completely unacceptable. Another really nice employee helped with the spots that were unclean so that was a plus, however, this shouldn't be happening in the first place. I noticed ever since they hired new guys this problem has been happening so hopefully they do something about this for the sake of their customers. Even though some of the employees are very nice, I definitely won't be coming back here anymore. Highly disappointed.

I have been meaning to post a review for quite some time. This is the best car wash in South Bay, hands down. It could take longer but it’s a hand wash, so make sure to give yourself some extra time. The staff is very friendly and always kind. I make sure to tip them very well as this is 100% car wash and they really put in very hard work.

This place is great and very reasonable and prompt service. The only thing i would complain is that the guy who does vacuum throw away my belongings. He thought it was trash but it’s legit tumbler. You should hide if there anything if he doesn’t want to throw it away

THEY REALLY DROPPED THE BALL... They Charged me $40 more than the last time!! Not even the same service, very disappointing car was still dirty inside!!! For a $90 car wash you would expect at least a very clean interior, but they didn't even move my stuff to clean...

I been here for years and it sad to say how their service has decline. I went to get my car washed today and it the worst car wash ever. I had to come home and finish cleaning my car. Least to say my 9 year old could have cleaned my car better. Please dnt come here go somewhere else.

You get what you pay for, cheap prices for decent work. They don't require an appointment which was a nice convenience and have seating right there so you can watch if you'd like, however the work itself left much to be desired. I don't think I'll be coming back.

Very disappointed in the lack of craftsmanship. I’ve brought my truck here a few times before and never had an issue with paint damages let alone sloppy armor all coatings on the tires. Typically I wash my own vehicle and I’m very meticulous to avoid creating swirl marks on the paint but now there are visible swirl marks throughout my entire truck to the point that I will be needing to get a paint correction from a professional detailer. When I came in my truck was very dirty and dusty but you can clearly tell that these scratch marks were cause by the lack of preparation to remove as much of the dust and dirt before scrubbing the truck. This dirt got stuck to their sponges and caused the entire truck to get scratched. Very disappointed with their work here…..

Not cool when you get home and have to do a whole wipe down again after $45. First time trying them and I was hoping I could better their rate after reading the other reviews, but no no no. They got the dirt off but windows and rims were bad. Looking for a new spot.

Very Disappointed, My wife told me about this place and I went entirely out of my way to bring my truck, and what a shame. At first glance it was looking good, but when I drove out I started seeing all the dust I still had in the interior. I did get the Deluxe Wash, which claimed interior. And as I walked around the truck I noticed more and more. So I will not be coming back. Did not wipe seats, windows, dashboard, carpet was not vacuumed.

Exceptional service! My interior looked brand new after receiving a full interior detail from this place. I would highly recommend VIP Detail Center (Located on Inglewood Ave and Manhattan Beach Blvd) if you are looking to get a thorough interior detail service done. Great customer service. Well worth the price.
