Justin and the crew are legit. They can do it all from your basic alignment, track setup or whatever the customer wants including corner balancing. He'll come in and ask you before the sesh what you want done and what you expect. He'll then do a test drive and see if everything is fine and then explain to you what charecteristcs you should expect from your alignment. There's ample parking, a nice lounge area with complimentary coffee, cheezits, water and cookies. I highly recommend them for your alignment needs especially if you want something out of the ordinary done in terms of how your car handles.

Took my 4runner in for alignment after having a new lift/suspension work done. I was greeted by Jessica and she took my info and Justin got to work on my vehicle right away as I waited comfortably in their lobby with water , snacks, and top gear playing on the television. I was in and out in less than an hour. After the alignment Justin provided me with a very detailed explanation of what was done and the intricacies of aligning a lifted vehicle. Excellent business, very knowledgeable , would definitely recommend.

This place is the will dial your suspension back to feeling like a fresh scalpel. Justin there is a suspension encyclopedia with solid advice on fitment coming from years of experience. The great customer care and top of the line equipment make this shop one of the best alignment places in the area.

I would have never thought I need alignment on My 2014 BMW X5 but at BMW they told I need it urgent, so after a quote I decided to get a second opinion at Laser Focus specialized in full-service Alignment and besides the great price, they are friendly, professional and passioned. After I experience my car is driving perfect lined without needing to correct steering. I would recommend considering Laser Focus to keep enjoying you driving experience and improved handling.

I had a very poor experience here. They initially told me that my car had major issues with the subframe, control arms, shock towers, wheels, and that at a minimum, the front and rear-left shock towers, control arms, and all wheels were salvaged and needed to be replaced. I was skeptical of the diagnosis and wanted to get a second opinion. When I was checking out, I asked the rep (apparently the son from the family ownership) whether they would realign the car for free if I had the repairs done elsewhere and then brought it back, since the woman on the phone previously told me they would. He immediately became defensive and aggressive, raised his voice, and said they don’t work for free. I’ve never been yelled at by a business before, and it caught me completely off guard. I asked for my invoice and prepared to leave. He continued arguing, then changed his tune and said they would align it for free only if they did the repairs themselves. I paid and left. I went to another shop for a second opinion, and it turned out all the car needed was replacement wheels, nothing close to the extensive repairs I was told were necessary. The car now drives perfectly. I’m relieved I didn’t authorize the work they recommended. Consumer beware: based on my experience, this business may claim that far more repairs are needed than what is actually required.
