Yeaaa they have some decent products. I've been detailing over 20 years now and own 2 business. I walk in find it odd looks to be mostly high school or early college kids just kinda hanging out behind the counter all of them with a cell phone crammed in front of there face. Rap music playing alot louder than it needs to be in a place that has customers walking in and out. So I walk around you hear them talk about smoking pot and so forth. I just pick up something pay for it and leave. I hate to go into a business and not buy something but I wouldn't recommend this place

Bad customer service. Came to buy a cleaning kit, they said they were gonna have them the next day available (had to be unboxed). Came the next day and now they said a week. Didn’t even try to make the sale happen.

I found out about this place from a salesperson at the autoZone in Kannapolis. I was excited because I had viewed some of the products in detailing videos on YouTube. Unfortunately I learned of this place on a Sunday when they were closed. Nevertheless, today I woke up early and ran a few errands and stopped by. The place was expansive and had tons of products. There were two younger guys working there. One was incredibly kind and helped me pick out some products and educated me about the different offerings. I just couldn’t shake this negative vibe I was picking up though. While checking out I asked the two guys if they knew any good window tint places in the area. One of the guys told me about a place next door and then proceeded to say I could ask for a specific guy, “ oh....what was his name again? (feigning to himself) oh yeah, faggart.” I was mortified and unsure if lashing out would be the best response decided not to say anything. The other gentlemen seemed physically uncomfortable. I’ll let you all come to your own conclusions about what may or may not have been insinuated. Al I can say is now I’m in the precarious situation of deciding whether or not to spend my money there. I have never had someone do such a thing in public. I spent $103 dollars and was planning to spend much more. That 50 dollar foam cannon, now I’ll have to order it online. I was planning to tell anyone who would listen about this place including my family and friends. Now I will have a different story to tell, about a man named “faggart” thanks to that gentleman.

This place is not for the professionals.They don’t even have some of the key equipment like a canister blower in stock. The clerk helping my had no idea what I was talking about and proceeded to tell me I needed a foam cannon… 🤦♂️ unbelievable.

The Detail Garage Concord is a top notch place. They are very knowledgeable with their products and are readily available to help you. They did a ceramic coating on my brothers car and did an amazing job. They whole crew worked their magic and the car turned out fantastic. Great store, great people. The layout is perfect and the customer service is outstanding. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with smiles and asked what I need help with and they pointed me in the right direction. If you need car care products or have questions about how to keep you car/motorcycle looking fantastic, definitely stop in to talk to these folks. I went in to make sure I was doing the right things to keep my Harley-Davidson and sidecar looking its best and Dillion as well as the other guys made sure I understood the products needed and how to use them properly. When I had questions later (many of them) they were super helpful. I really can’t say enough great things about them.

If you like chemical brothers this may be the place for you. I am not familiar with their products so I waited my turn to ask a few questions. The gentleman was friendly and started to help me. The phone rang and he excited himself, which I understood, but then when he hung up he started to help someone else work their question instead of finishing up with me. Just bad customer service so I left. I hate to leave bad reviews and will stop by again to give them another chance.

I have been watching there videos online and decided to try it myself. Stopped in the Concord location and everyone in there was extremely knowledgeable about what products work best with my application. Started with clay bar and the 2 coats of black light (awesome product) followed by jet seal and finally Cherry Brazilian wax. Beautiful end result and well worth the effort!. Thank you everyone in the concord location. I was hesitant on doing myself until getting detailed instructions from you all. Highly recommend and will be a returning customer for sure!

Really like the service and selection here in Concord, NC. I can give this location that sells Chemical Guys products 5 stars for that reason. I do have to mention that the pictured product, Diablo Wheel Cleaner, for some reason, backs up the spray nozzle, leaking out wherever I place it. I've had a few of the Chemical Guys spray bottles do the same thing. Not sure why. Just be aware. As to the performance of the Diablo Wheel Cleaner, I'm not all the impressed. As for all the other products I've tried, I'm very pleased. The Citrus Wash&Gloss is excellent. See picture. The suds last the entire wash, no problem. Overall, the products are what I'll be using for the rest of my auto washing days. I'd recommend.
