I was getting one of my three vehicles serviced at this location. The service was fine, simple oil change, it was the atmosphere that was offensive. They had FOX TV on the TV in the waiting area. I won't call it news, as even Fox admitted in court that they provide entertainment, not news. It was obnoxious, and I asked the manager to change it to something else. He asked if I did not want the news on, and I expressed the fact above about it not being news. He accommodated and while doing so, commented that when he puts CNN on, he gets objections, and that he thinks they all are biased, and I told him that I could not agree more. Then unprompted, he said something to the effect of "one thing he completely believes in is the deportation of violent illegal aliens". Everyone is entitled to their own opinions, and he is not wrong for having a different opinion from mine, but I do think he is wrong, as a manager in a business that serves the public, to be espousing and promoting political views, in a proactive manner. I did engaged in the conversation, pointing out that the vast, overwhelming majority of illegal aliens are not that, and the current approach was reckless and heartless, and we both agreed that the entire processing of immigrants into the country needs an overhaul. We agreed that a large majority of immigrants are hardworking, not taking jobs away from American workers, and I thought this chapter would close. When I thought the conversation was over, he then made a point of reiterating that violent illegal aliens need to be dealt with harshly. I then told him I agreed, much like I think the violent offenders of Jan 6th should have been. He stopped cold in his tracks and just gave me a blank look. I asked him if he thought they all should have been pardoned, and without hesitation, he said yes, and defended it by saying the press manipulated the perception, and you see officers ushering people into the capital. I pointed out that people died that day, and were egregiously injured and property damaged, and his counter was "only one person died". I was flabbergasted by the raw look I was getting at his skewed perception that there was nothing done wrong on that day. At the same time, I was amazed at the double standard, that the media he claimed had blown it out of proportion, in fact had hoodwinked him into believing what he did, and he was none the wiser, even today. Thankfully the phone rang and another customer came in, and the conversation ended. So why do I tell this story, and why a one star review? I think it is offensive to have a business and its manager promoting and spewing a deranged and dangerous political view. I think it is inappropriate and offensive and I will not support a business that creates this type of atmosphere. I will take the service of my three vehicles to a different business. He is more than welcome to his opinion, no matter how ignorant or uninformed I might think it is, but I don't think it acceptable that, as a management representative for the company, that he be promoting his beliefs to the company's customer base. He is not speaking as an individual at that point, he is in a position of authority and speaking for the company. I am sure if you espouse the same beliefs that Firestone in Harrisburg does, then you might take issue with what I say here, and you are well within your rights to do so. Just like I am well within my rights to voice this opinion and take my business to a company that supports the ideals, standards, morals and ethics that I am more comfortable with.

Experience was HORRIBLE! Didn't say the parts were in-house and they had to order. Ended up waiting 1.5 hours before the parts arrived! When asked why they don't tell customers prior to appointments they have to order the parts. And the manager couldn't explain why they don't tell customers they have to order the parts which makes for longer wait times! HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! NO STARS!

I dropped my car off here for 3 hours and an employee there by the name of Rafino or Ruffino stole my glasses out of my car. They tried to convince me that maybe I misplaced them but that was 100% not the fact. Not to mention they misdiagnosed my car and said something was wrong with my struts and all the dealership did was tighten a few bolts.. there was literally nothing wrong with my struts. Manager told me they’d give me a call back in regards to the theft incident and I never heard anything back hence this review. I dropped my car off in confidence with this place and they stole my personal property. Very bad business and lack of accountability. Don’t use this place.

Went to get my flat tire patched. Tried to tell me that my battery was bad and they couldn’t get it started and had to jump start it. Never have had issues with it nor has it had trouble starting. Tried to sell me one for 250, I passed. Left my car running in the parking lot which could’ve been stolen. Got it checked at auto zone and it was PERFECTLY GOOD. Don’t get scammed by them.

I went in for an alignment. I called first because the shop I had my car at said they couldn't do the rear alignment. Tyler said bring it on down we can do the rear alignment for you. So I got there at around 3:15 at 4:15 the car still wasn't done so I just thought maybe I had a few more people in front of me. Around 4:45 I seen them take it out for a test drive, so I thought they were finished. Around 5:15 I finally asked what's going on with my car. Tyler said that they had a problem with the Tow. I said you have had my car for 2 hours and didn't tell me you were having problems. Needless to say I told them to get my car off the rack I was leaving. Mind you they still charged me full price for a job they hadn't and couldn't do. I'll never ever do business with these people again !!!!!

Highly recommend Firestone in general but also specifically this location! I take my car to a Firestone in Raleigh near my house and have never had an issue but I was traveling to Charlotte for a quick trip and got a nail in my tire and Rick took care of me in less than 15 minutes and got my car fixed up and got me back on the road. This was absolutely fantastic and I highly recommend Rick and his team.

This is not a good location because they left my splash engine shield off and never put it back on and they don’t want to take responsibility for to replace it and I had a transmission coolant hose replaced and they left the transmission fluid low after replacing the hose! I do not recommend this location

Waited 3 hours. No one told us it was going to take that long for 4 tires we had already priced and picked out online before we came.No one corrected the tire pressure sensor light after putting the new tires on. Left my car battery on for 2 hours resulting in it dying as I’m trying to leave the lot. And on top of that, went to pay with my Firestone card and your machines decided they didn’t want to read my brand new card after calling customer service and saying my account was active. Staff could not manually enter my card and acted as if they did not have a clue how to fix the issue. Overall extremely unsatisfied and frankly pissed off at the experience.

I have been at the Harrisbug nc location from 10am till 12:30 as my appointment was At 10. When I got there they said my appointment was at 1pm, wrong! I told them on Thursday what I needed a resavor for my power Sterling. Instead of telling me they had to order the part and as I sat there waiting no one told me this. I went to the desk and they said the part just got here at 12:30. I asked why no one told me this and got a really bad antidote of a answer. I will not come back! If you come here make sure you ask all the questions, probably get a lie.

Had a 2 tires and a wheel alignment done and the very next day wheel bearing goes out. When I asked if they noticed the bad wheel bearing when placing my 2 new tires on they said thats a separate service and charge you did not ask nor pay for. So I had it towed back and they refused to work on it saying I would have to take it to the dealer. Also forgot to mention they forgot to put 2 lug nuts back on. Randy said they would prefer not to work on my vehicles b/c last year they didn't tighten all the lugs on my wife's ranger and the wheel came off on the interstate and they have to fix all the damage
