I done details work for my van once a while regularly, I’m very picky person specially turns to cleaning. this year I decided change place which I came to this place. The first time done work that they were missed few spots for cleaning, as a business owner & I’d love to support local/ small businesses which I decide to share my feedback to general managers Galen, He reply me immediately & very professionally. I bought my son a detailing for Christmas because his car's interior was a disaster. He couldn't get out of work to drop it off on the day of the appointment so I did. I apologized to the guy who had to clean it beforehand. When I picked it up it was like a new car. Unbelievable work. The entire experience was a positive one. Please support these folks. Wow!!! I can’t believe how clean my car is! I have two dogs who love to play in the mud - and that was obvious by how my car looked (and smelled). Sticky food and coffee spills, pet hair, dirt from garden projects - you name it. My car was cleaned so well I did a double take when I opened the door! I went for some add ons like deep stain removal and deodorization - well worth it as my car looks literally good as new after 5 years of wear and tear. Highly recommend!

I love this place. I used it a few years ago and my car was sparkling inside and out. A few weeks ago I went again and the whole place has evolved: a seamless check in/out process, recommendations for services, super professional staff. With four kids and a dog I was worried if the interior could be revitalized to justify the cost, but the results were incredible. Like getting a new car! I’ll def make it annual thing going forward.

Disappointed in the interior and exterior basic service. They warned me that some stains and dirt that probably wouldn’t come up which is expected. The exterior is still dirty and there are areas that were clearly missed. For the costs of the service I did expect more— not perfection but just more attention to detail. They did not even clean around my gas tank. Sadly I feel like I did not get the service I paid for at all. I was asked to pay up front and a tip was requested at that point. I did not tip because I had no seen the end product and brought cash at pickup. I am so glad I did not tip because the job was not adequate.

The staff did an excellent job. We recently bought a used car that had an old cigarette smell and the upholstery was stained. With the addition of our own dog's fur, it was in need of a thorough cleaning. The crew at Detail Works did an amazing job and I would definitely return in the future and highly recommend this place. Excellent communication with the manager also.

Decided to make an appointment based on other reviews and I was not disappointed! Absolutely fantastic service and cleaning--my car was SPOTLESS after full interior detailing and pet hair removal. People in the shop were kind and helpful, and retroactively applying a gift card was easy. My car was washed after the interior detail as well! This is the only place I will come to from now on for detailing!

I am thrilled with the results from my Detail Works appointment yesterday! My parents have used Detail Works for their automobiles for years, which prompted me to make an appointment for when I was in town. I recently bought a used car, and in terms of the interior cleanliness (when I bought the car), the car was clearly "used" - spilled food/drink, leaves (from at least last fall) scattered about the trunk, dust, and smudges all over every smudgeable surface. The exterior also had lots of imperfections and places that needed to be buffed (including one spot in particular that is pictured, showing both the before and after my "Base Combo Package - Sedan" service - just look at the difference in that area alone, beyond the scraped paint but all across the bumber and back towards the wheel!). I am floored by the state of the vehicle I picked up - it was like a brand new car (pictured parked on the street)! The exterior was buffed and shined, and the inside was wiped clean. I am so appreciative of the work they did. My one regret was not adding on the Leather Conditioning service, but I absolutely will next time, as I intend to do all my future detailing here (I live just outside of Boston now, and it's clear that this was worth the day I was car-less during my short trip to Vermont to visit my family). A bit about appointment logistics: I dropped off the keys and car during the afternoon of the day before my appointment as I didn't have transportation to get home if I arrived for the 8am timeslot the following day, and it was no issue! They are very flexible with their services as they offer outside key boxes for both pick ups/drop offs should the hours of 8am-4pm M-F not fit into your schedule. They called earlier on in the day to give me an estimate of when it would be done, and I ended up I picking up the car up on the day of my appointment a bit before 3pm. It is also worth noting that the services are done by youth who battle a range of issues and, by working at Detail Works, have a chance to build soft skills essential for future work they intend to pursue. With great work shown through results and a great cause, there are many reasons to support Detail Works with your business if you ever fancy yourself in the Chittenden County area of Vermont.
