Went in for an inspection of my car’s fluids (ATF, rear differential, brake fluid, coolant. I take care of my own engine oil so I wasn’t concerned about that fluid). The service was punctual. Pricing was fair for the inspection. The feedback I received from the team about my car was honest and informative. They provided feedback on the condition of the fluids being good when they could have easily lied and said fluids needed to be replaced and taken my money. In all reality, I don’t think I could have asked for better service. I’ll be returning in the future for pretty much any service I need on my cars that I don’t do myself.

There’s a reason these folks are always busy. The staff are nice and one of the few mechanic shops where they actually tell you accurately how long of a wait or timeline will be. They all seem nice and there was a cute puppy in the lobby.

I needed a universal joint replaced in my truck. The job was completed in a reasonable amount of time at a fair price. I was provided an estimate of the work before the job was started. The receipt I received at the completion of the work was very detailed and left no questions. I will definitely use this business again.

Do NOT support this place. My mother had gone into get her car fixed this past week, she has been a customer of Dodson's for years and never had an issue. After picking up her car it was still making the same noise. Not only did they repair something that didn't need to be fixed, ignored the underlying issue and still charged her $676. They had also stated she received an alignment on her car and after taking it to a SECOND mechanic shop they had stated her wheels weren't even straight. She returned to Dodson's to explain this issue, frustrated.. rightfully so. The owner/employee had responded in the most awful, disrespectful manner leaving her with a worsened issue and perturbed from their response. As a mechanic shop you should strive for honesty and respect especially after being a loyal, paying customer who trusted this business with her only transportation.

Dodson's is where me and my partner take our vehicles for regular service. They do a great job. Dodson's has always been upfront and accurate with Mechanical diagnosis for any problem we have had with our cars. They have never tried to up sell us on parts or service that we dont need just to make a buck. Dodson is very good about communicating time frames and out usually done ahead of that. They semd out text alerts so you know excatly when your vehicle is ready. Highly recommend them for regular service or repairs.
