This review is based on customer service - I had no work done: My transmission went wonky at the airport (good times) and I called up to see if they could help. The man I spoke with on the phone was able to determine that I would require more extensive service than he could provide and he went out of his way to get me the info for a mechanic shop that specializes in servicing Subaru’s. So helpful as I’m new in town and had no idea where to go. Thanks for taking the time to get me sorted out with the right shop!!

Moved to Texas last year in February and was fortunate to find this place listed online. I called them up explained that I was needing a tune up and was surprised to hear that they charged less than many of the top mechanics around town and on top of that they came to me. I'd say it took about a half an hour to an hour for the tune up on my 04 f150. I was quoted the exact amount I was charged over the phone nothing extra. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Mike and his apprentice came out and changed my starter in my 2007 Honda Accord. These two gentlemen were very courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. A bit pricey for labor but hey nothing good comes from being cheap. I am definitely a satisfied customer. Thanks guys I appreciate you both 😁😁😁👍👍.

They came to my house at 11:00 pm to replace a car battery. I was in a panic because I had returned from a trip out of town to find that my car battery had died and I knew I needed to be somewhere early in the morning. I was so thankful they were available and timely and priced reasonably well. I also appreciated his knowledge of car battery maintenance. I will keep their number handy for future emergencies.

I WILL SAY THE BEST SERVICE EVER!!! If I could I would give them more than 5 stars! This morning, I was heading to work, serpentine belt slipped off, oil gushing all over the engine, one phone call to Mike, and everything was working great, even the oil changed.....Best mobile mechanics around DFW!! Punctual, reasonably priced, and all around honest! If you are looking for an honest auto repair company, you found them!!!

Needed shocks and struts put on my old Toyota Tacoma. I had bought the parts, but never got around to putting them on. Talked to Mike and they came out, put the parts on that I had purchased and also suggested an additional part that I should get for the job. They picked up the extra parts for me, arrived and finished early and the truck drives like a dream. Very pleased with the customer service, quality of workmanship, and professionalism. I can highly recommend DFW Mobile Auto Repair. I will be using them again in the future and will also be recommending them to friends. Great folks!

My car broke down on New Year's Eve and I had to have it to towed to my home. I contacted DFW Mobile Auto Repair on New Year's Day to inquire about their service. To my surprise, David said that he come out the same day to diagnose and fix my car. Needless to say I was surprised since it was a holiday. He came out and confirmed it was the alternator which is what I suspected. He provided pricing, picked up the part and installed it. Four hours later, my car was on the road again. The price was very reasonable. I know it would been more at my now ex-mechanic's shop. David was highly professional and knowledgeable. My husband and I will use this company for our future automotive needs.

My alternator went out on the highway about a month ago, and I was able to get my car to a nearby hotel. I called these guys on the first Saturday without pouring rain, so they were completely swamped, and they came out the very next day (they offered to try to squeeze me in that night, but I wasn't going to do that to them, these guys have families I am sure). They gave me a basic price quote without even looking at my car, which is fantastic when it's an unexpected expense so I can know what to prepare for. Then, despite the fact that the repair job required more work than the average vehicle because of the placement of the alternator, they still offered to honor the original quote they gave me. Outstanding! They also talked me through every step of what they were doing, and gave me some quick tips on car care and which auto parts stores to purchase certain items. Being that my car was running on only the battery life for nearly 5 days after the alternator first went out, the battery needed a bit of a charge...they stayed with me for the 15 minutes it took to charge so we could be sure I wouldn't end up stranded, and then helped me re-train my battery. It isn't just about the quality of the work for me, it is also about the level of customer service I receive, and these guys are second to none. I know this was a long review--trust me I could have made it much longer, as helpful and friendly as they were--but these guys are seriously worth every penny I spent, and didn't charge me anything more than what a normal shop would have when all was said & done. You have definitely earned a customer for life with me. Thanks again guys!

Went out to my car and the battery was deadlined late on a Sunday evening. Mike came out within an hour of calling him from across town. Quickly assessed the issue, and was very friendly and forthright about what my car needed. He quoted me a price before doing anything. Excellent and quick service. Absolutely fantastic. My truck broke down headed to dinner on a Saturday evening. Brett drove from Ft. Worth, showed up on time and was very helpful. He ordered a new power steering rack for me, we agreed to meet the following day and I had my truck towed home. Ready for the amazing part... again, he showed up on time with a 30 min heads up that I requested, fixed my truck for the price we agreed. ON. A. SUNDAY. In today’s world, you have to have four people that you can trust won’t take advantage of you. An Accountant, an Insurance Agent, a Contractor and a Mechanic. These guys are awesome! Our car stopped working out of the blue a few weeks ago and we couldn't figure out the problem. We had to have it towed into a shop a few days before Christmas and they told us that our entire fuse box needed to be replaced and that it would cost $1100. We couldn't afford that so the tech somehow got the car running and it worked for about a week. Then the car stopped working again. A friend referred these guys and they came to us within an hour of calling them. They even called us before they got to our apartment telling us that they were on their way. Mike told us that we just had a bad relay and that once we replaced it the car would run just fine. Well, we paid $15 dollars for that relay and now the car works just fine! Beats paying $1100 dollars to replace the entire fuse box that didn't need to be replaced in the first place. We're so fortunate to have found someone honest that was more concerned about helping us get our car started than making money like the other guys at the shop! Thank you so much guys! We will definitely call you again if we ever need help again and we will also spread the word to others that you guys are awesome!

Amazing service. I was replacing my own brakes when I accidentally engaged the electric parking brake. They were the only business to pick up the phone in the whole DFW area on a Saturday evening and talked me through what happened and explained what I could do to fix it myself. Instead I had it towed to them and they had it fixed by midday Monday. Incredible service and the ultimate professionals.

Great to work with. The alternator in our Honda failed and we had full electronic failure as we exited I35 and near Rendon/Crowley Rd on a hot Sat afternoon after driving from Dallas. While the nearby Honda dealership was closing at 4p, the owner answered my first call and said they could get us taken care of, and we were fixed up within a few hours. Great communication. Priced right. Words matched actions. Happy to recommend.
