The people that own this shop & work there are friendly & kind. They are the most honest business I have ever experienced. I was in a car accident where someone ran a red light @ high speed totalling my rental car. I was rushed to county trauma ER with a broken Sternum & bruised rib cage exaserbating for air. My rental was taken to Diamond Auto body with all my valuable & personal things. Inside the rental I had over $700 in value due to being in the process of moving my items into my storage unit. When I was able to retrieve my valuables not one item was missing including my Laptop, tablet and valuable clothes & jewelry. I also had my pink slip from the car I owned in the rental & that was still in the glove box. I am truly impressed with the authentic trustworthiness of this company. These owners & employees should receive the highest honor of praise.

It was going nice until the son Daniel took over. The dad said, 'they can get to my vehicle next week and fix it because it's a pretty simple job." But, then, I called a few hours later to get my car in the next week and the son Daniel answers the phone and tells me, 'they're super busy and can't get to my car.' I didn't know people turn down good money these days.

Thank you Daniel for helping out my dad. We brought his truck here after he had been in an accident. Daniel was able to communicate all the necessary information over to our insurance company. Unfortunately the car ended up being a total loss, but we know in the future to come here. We saw some of their other auto body work, and it looked amazing. The cars looked like they were coming off the assembly line, rather than an accident.

Diamond Auto Body is Top Notch. I had a damaged pickup truck needing repair. I contacted Daniel at Diamond and explained to him that I was taking a trip with my pickup in a couple days, and needed the repairs done right away. Daniel immediately worked out all the details with my insurance company, ordered the parts, and had the vehicle fixed and ready before my trip. Daniel, who does the estimates, also spent time working on my pickup to ensure my vehicle was ready on time. These guys are great. I wish all auto businesses were this easy to deal with. I have been here a couple of times now. The latest time I needed my side mirror replaced after a tree limb knocked it off in a wind storm. I told the gentleman there that we were traveling out of town over the weekend and he made an extra effort for me to have it done in time. I had a great experience at Diamond Auto Body. I paid out of pocket and was looking for a shop that would listen to what I wanted to repair on my car. I’m a woman and they didn’t take advantage of that. The price quoted was great compared to other shops. My car was fixed quickly and it looked brand new. I would recommend this shop to everyone. Called the shop, they said to bring the car in, the mechanic said he could do the job but then switched up and said he can't help me, All I needed was to get my hood open and he didn't even try, first told my cable was broken (it wasn't) then turned me away and told me to go down the street after we agreed on getting to my car the next day, went down the street and the other shop got my hood open in SECONDS, very disappointed in him turning me away and not even trying to help at all, very disappointing

Diamond Auto Body Shop is hands down the best body shop I’ve ever dealt with. The team is incredibly honest, thorough, and transparent throughout the entire process. Everything was explained clearly, there were no surprises, and the work was done fast without ever feeling rushed.
