I was very DISSATISFIED AND DISRESPECTED with the way my service advisor treated me and HANDLED my warranty. Yes my vehicle was repaired, but I went without a vehicle for a whole week while I did have a warranty that would cover my rental for the week, but my service advisor didn’t VALUE a GMC loyal customer who has purchased several vehicles from this dealership Palmdale nor did he VALUE my warranty Which includes a rental On the purchase of new vehicles. WILL NOT GO BACK OR RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER TO FRIENDS OR FAMILY I was also dissatisfied with the atmosphere of the service department, very gloomy, and very understaffed. It needs a makeover. Came a little early but needed to. The room was crowded thinking this was going to take a while, only because there was only 2 desks open. I was in and out before my scheduled appt. First of all let me say that this dealership has earned my business! At first we were disappointed to know that the truck we initially wanted was not available. We were offered the next available truck that was similar to the one that was already sold but of course It was more expensive. Frustrated we were heading out until our sales guy Gary offered to get the manager to assist. Ty, the manager came by and offered to help any way he could. We worked out the numbers and put the deal together. He gave us a very competitive price and got us an amazing 2.9% interest on a 60 month loan. I appreciate them going above and beyond with their customer service. Gary the sales guy called a few days after we purchased the truck to make sure that we didn't have any questions or concerns. We had previously purchased 3 other vehicles when this dealership was Rally, so we thought we would go back and get another vehicle from them, thinking it would be a very good experience like our other purchases. Sad to say, we will never go back, this place is a joke. 3 weeks after the purchase of our GMC Truck, I get a phone call to ask me about the check we used for our down payment (it was a high 5 figure check). I told the gentleman it was a cashiers check and he then proceeds to let me know that they can't find it. I sent him the number on the check and he asked me if I can call the bank and ask if the check had been cashed and if not can I stop payment. I cancelled it and the bank informed me to wait to reissue another check. Fast forward about a week, I get a call from the salesman we bought the truck from, and he was super rude and pestered me to hurry and get another cashiers check. We were going to get another check for the salesman no matter what, but we wanted to play it safe and make sure we get the money back from the first one. But the salesman was persistent on us getting that check which THEY lost in the first place. You would think the salesman would be a little nicer and more patient when it was the dealerships fault they couldn't keep track of the check and keep something that major somewhere safe. Overall not a good experience from when we purchased it at the dealership to when we received it and even after having it for a couple weeks. I would give zero stars if I could.

For reasons unknown to me my first review was not posted. Let me try this again. I want to thank Betty and Josh for being VERY accommodating and helpful. It makes the process to trade in a car/truck, picking out a new Vehicle So much more enjoyable if the people you’re dealing with are so nice and helpful. Even when there was a change of plans midstream it really came together and it was pleasurable because of Josh and Betty. myself and my husband, Thomas Bryan were very pleased. This is the second Cadillac we bought here and this was by far a great experience. Diamond should be happy to have these folks working for the Company Honorary mention goes to David. Francisco in service is the only positive thing about this place! Don't come here unless you want duct tape under the hood of your car. They had my car for 2 months on and off and couldn't figure it out. I was always patient and understanding. No one ever told me why they had duct tape on there. I was driving around with it like that!! They said it could have been checking for a leak. I'm not stupid. Max said he would contact me personally and never did. I spoke to the General Manager Ray about it and he said he would figure it out and he never called me back. Called again and he never returned my call. Pretty shady if you ask me. They gave me a loaner which I am thankful for but other than that they are horrible. Max said if my car couldn't be fixed that I could drive it but not smog it. So I'm on the hook for 12,000 for a car I can't even smog?

Dealer installed brake pads that prematurely wore down at 15k miles. They are supposed to last between 30k to 45k miles. Another dealer advised that I go back and warranty out the work and parts. I went in to request they warranty the parts and AV GMC instead charged me a diagnostic fee of $265 to quote me parts and labor to replace the pads. GM had issued a technical service bulletin telling dealers to use a different part number to address premature front brake pads on my truck. Not only did the dealership install the wrong part number brake pads, but they failed to remedy the situation by warantying out the brake pads. The service advisor, Timothy, said we could switch to a different part number but at a cost. I told him another dealer said if AV GMC failed to warranty the brake pads and labor to give them a call back. Timothy said it's not possible to do that, essentially making it seem like I was lying. Well, Magic GMC of Valencia did what AV GMC couldn't do. They replaced the pads free of charge. AV GMC is not willing to stand by their work. I've spent over $7k in services at this dealership on regular maintenance and they failed to do the bare minimum for me.

Wait time sucked. Went in at 8, was told an hour wait, not an hour wait to diagnose than another 1 hour to fix the issue, then after that hour told me that they still needed another 10-15 min….. they were fixing a LIGHT. Said something about the bumper needing to be removed. Don’t believe that at all. I would have been happy leaving my car and being called when it was ready if I would have been told like “hey might be a while” at least be honest and up front. I had my son with me, I know not their fault but again would have been happy to come back later. But nope waited almost 3 hours for a light to be changed and “reprogrammed”

Brought in my 2022 gmc sierra for bad fuel pump , which they did fix but burnt my aftermarket jl audio amp. It was professionally installed at meece car audio like a year ago with no problems at all. I drop it off at av gmc to pick it up burnt. I spoke to the manager, he automatically denied having anything to do with it and that they were not responsible unless I can prove that they did it. How can I prove it, if I’m not there while you are working on it. Plus if your “techs” smell something burned inside my truck why not say something??? They were supposed to fix my fuel pump and ended messing with my battery??? No backbone Az management!! Any way I went back to meece car audio and had them look over everything and as I suspected the dealer blew the amp and had to buy a new one. Just know you are dropping off your car at your own risk and management is a joke!! Good luck . Will not recommend

Drove over 3 hours with my young son to purchase a $90k truck they had in stock. Walked in to rap music blasting and not a single salesperson acknowledged us — I had to go find someone to help me spend my money. No one went over a single feature of the truck before or after the sale. The finance manager took forever while watching football on his phone, even though I had my down payment and financing ready. The brand-new 2026 truck had body work issues that took nearly 3 months to get fixed. The Sales Manager, Jason, was unhelpful and even hung up on me when I called for updates. Very disappointing experience. I regret giving them my business.
