Top notch customer service. Great size store, from the sales department, equipment, parts, all the way to service. Ended up leaving with a bike and some gear, the process was smooth and enjoyable. UPDATE: Dan Cooper has been the best service writer I’ve had. He stayed in communication the whole two weeks our bikes were in the shop. Updating us on part ETAs and hiccups along the way. I’ve bought 3 motorcycles from them so far! Charlie is a great salesman! Charlie has always made sure to get my bikes inspected and ready to go!

We recently lost two sons within two months apart We went to pick up our bike which was in for service, and they went above and beyond!! They gave us a sympathy card that was signed by everyone, that just warned our hearts! This entire place is a wonderful place , if you need your bike serviced this is the place , they do all makes ! I will never waste my time driving down there again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. They are pulling the bait and switch to get people in there store then won’t match the online price. Don’t waste your time.

Awesome place. Took my Honda Rukus 3 places to get fixed and they couldn’t figure it out. A buddy of mine told me to come here and 4 days later they had figured out the problem. My favorite place to go for ally motorcycle needs. Bought my current bike there the guys mad the experience quick and easy. The guys in parts always go the extra miles to find what you want and need whether they have or not. I have used their service department even when I had my harley. The guys in service are honest and polite.

Charlie and the crew made it very easy for me to replace my 2012 Kawasaki Concours with one of the last 2022s that were available in the Mid Atlantic (they're not making Connies anymore, you know . . .). A couple of texts, emails, and a phone call was all it took for them to have her ready for me to pick up and for me to ride her home to Maryland. Everyone was friendly, helpful and you can tell they know their stuff. You can also tell that they're really interested in providing outstanding customer service. I live in Maryland and I don't have much reason to head that way again, but I will stop by to say Hi! to Charlie if I'm anywhere close by. If you live near Dover and you need anything motorcycle related, please stop by Diamond and check them out. I'm sure they'll take very good care of you, like they did for me.

Purchased a z650 from them about 3 years ago used. Took it back to trade in and they wouldn't take it. They claim it had a laundry list of "issues", except the bike is exactly how they sold it to me 3 years ago. They will sell you a bike with issues claiming it's in working order but won't take it as trade in the same condition. Wouldn't even offer me anything. Is not the first issue I've had with them either. The prices on their website are not what you will walk out paying. Was looking at a 2,800 4 wheeler that would have been over 4k out the door with all their added "fees." Will take the trip to Delmarva Power Sports from now on. Staff are much more knowledgeable and prices more reasonable.

Great experience with Diamond Motor Sports. I purchased a new 50cc moped for my daughter and handled most of the deal remotely before driving down. I asked upfront for a full out-the-door breakdown from the online advertised price. They provided everything clearly in writing, we negotiated the final number before I arrived, and the price matched exactly at pickup — no surprises. Charlie and the team were professional and helpful throughout. They took time to walk us through operating the moped, offered thoughtful advice on helmet sizing, and even helped us assemble a hitch carrier near closing time when our ramp setup didn’t work. A few days later, they followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Transparent process, fair negotiation, and excellent service. I would absolutely purchase from them again.
