Took my charger and sun fire for tires and I liked the service. However, for the sun fire the lug nut broke off and the stud had to be removed and replaced. They told me about it, I had it fixed and they promised to refund me for expenses.

The people that work here found any excuse in the book to not change my tires. Their work ethic is also not it, the time I was there they were laughing and talking in the back. When I was about to leave one of the men was backing out my car while the other was signaling him and they stopped to talk while doing this(about some other lady that came earlier), all this while I was standing in the cold with my 9m baby waiting for my car to get backed out of the shop, if I wouldn’t have said anything they would’ve probably stayed longer. I do NOT recommend this place, just take your money elsewhere.

Set up an appointment and ordered my tires weeks in advance. One of their emails said to call and confirm that the tires were in stock and my appointment booked (which I found odd since usually the business does that after you set up the appointment). You have to enter your vehicles information to even get the tires. Anyway, I called and was transferred to the Philippine call center. Smiley was nice and confirmed everything for me. Great! Get there today to be told that they can’t put my small truck (a Ford Maverick) up on the lift, so they won’t do the install. So my options are to get everything refunded or take the tires and get a refund back for the $80 install. Major inconvenience since I set up my entire morning around this. Took the tires which they charged for again (hopefully getting that refund back for the tires and install originally scheduled so I’m not double paying for tires…) and went down the road to a local shop that got me in instantly. Lesson of the story… they can’t do trucks, even smaller ones and won’t tell you until you get there.
