Ordered a part online, when I didn't get an update email I called the store to find out the status. Was told oh yeah we didn't have it in stock but we will get it in later today. Still no update on my order. Four days later I go to the store to request a refund. Was not offered any explanation or even an apology for the lack of communication. Service was terrible during this process.

Needed a super charge for a nearly dead battery. It was late at night & it took 20 min to charge the battery. While Battery Prices in store were pricey, the Customer Care was Outstanding!! Auto Zone in Camden, DE was clean, well stocked, & had clearly marked merchandise, that was easy to find. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Really great service! If you need help, this is the place to go. If you don't, this is still the in place to go. They listen to the problem, in some cases they run a free diagnostic, and they look up the parts you can choose from to ensure a perfect match. I went in with a dying battery and they even swapped it out in the lot for me - free. They give military discount even to veterans which is an added perk if applicable. Very friendly and knowledgeable employees!

Had a great experience at this Autozone after a rough day with my car. Titus was very helpful and took great care of my car battery and assured me that there's jumpers just in case it was my alternator that was the problem. He also was friendly and high spirited despite the 25degree weather he was in.

I placed an order online with all the parts showing in stock. Had to call several hours later because I never got and email for pickup. I was put on hold for 15 minutes and while i was on hold they put the order together and sent the email then returned to the phone to say that there system shows the order was ready. So they filled the order while I was on the phone to see what the hold up was what if I wouldn't have called. When I got the order back to the house then parts back to the house one of the parts in the box was the wrong part but the box was the right part number. I'm soo disappointed with the quality of service and quality control at this location I will not shop at this location again.

Great place to find auto parts. Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They can handle most car repairs. Their service was prompt and right on. We bought a 14 wiper blade for just $27.98 and they replaced it for immediately and for free. It was amazing. Strongly recommend this store to all.
