I go to Price Honda to get my 2 Civics serviced. Thus far, I've had zero complaints about any service I've received and that stays true. However, I had scheduled maintenance performed on my 2020 Civic this past Monday (3/2/26) and I noticed after I left that one of the two keychains I keep my keys on was missing. I'm 100% positive it was there when I went in. To be sure, I thoroughly searched for it after I got home, without any luck. It may seem like a small thing, but 2 things: 1) It was a gift and has sentimental value and 2) I don't feel like I can trust them anymore. Now, I'm wondering if anything has gone missing out of my trunk that I haven't noticed yet, since I don't inspect my trunk before and after service there.

My opinion on this experience was good, but wasn’t told when I made the appointment for my service to pull up to the service door. First time there and I parked my car walked into the service department and was greeted by one of the writers. Was told then to bring my vehicle to the bay door and when it opened to pull forward. I feel if I was a new customer coming to your dealership you would explain that to me at the schedule time. Just an idea for newbie’s. Waited at the vehicle for a writer to come over and get my info, was explained of service and I had a issue with my left front tire that was causing vibration when I went over bumps asked to look at to see if a belt was broken inside or it was not balanced properly cause you put 4 new tires on it. Went over to her desk and was told it would be $25 dollars to balance it and the oil change came to $106.00. I understand the price for the oil change but why the tire. When you just put 4 new tires on this vehicle wouldn’t that show when they bring up my account. I purchased this vehicle only 4 months ok. After she told me it would be an hour and a half I was a waiter to have a seat in the service waiting area. Everything was fine but the heat it was so freaking cold in there I was freezing, with a sweatshirt on and all. It was so cold my coffee wouldn’t stay hot long. Other then that not to bad of a experience.

Several vehicles listed online were already sold, and others were described as “in preparation,” but follow-ups from sales agents were inconsistent. Clearer communication and timely updates would greatly enhance the buying experience. While this dealership is still better than many regular car dealerships, buyers should come well prepared. Do your homework and be ready to decline unnecessary add-ons. Like most dealerships, they attempt to preload extras such as brake light packages, ceramic coating, and other upgrades that quickly increase the final cost. Focus primarily on the vehicle price and, if financing, the APR. There is also little value in purchasing add-on insurance products or gas insurance through the dealership, as these are typically overpriced. If financing is needed, obtaining pre-approval from your credit union or bank can save a significant amount of money. Watching a few “dos and don’ts” videos on YouTube before purchasing a car is highly recommended—it’s not just about the sticker price, but understanding the full process. Overall, while no dealership is perfect, Price Honda stands out as better than many others when approached with the right preparation.

I came to Price Honda as a recomendation from my grandmother, who is on her second vehicle purchased with Price Honda, and I have to say their staff completely blew me away with how incredibly kind, and detail oriented they were during my recent experience buying a car. Dwayne Stevens, my product specialist, went above and beyond to help me find my literal dream car, a 2025 Honda Accord SE. As a previous Honda model owner, I was well aware of how amazing the car itself would be, and I was dead set on the model and color I was looking for. Once again, Dwayne Stevens and the rest of the Honda Price Staff had absolutely amazing customer service, not to mention all of the perks I had no clue existed, that come with simply purchasing your vehicle with their dealership. We purchased a Honda Pilot for my wife and loved the service provided to us by Price. We have purchased three vehicles from them in the past. This time around we met our salesman Dwayne Stevens and everything else was smooth after that. Dwayne was professional and polite, he answered all our questions and took the extra time to explain all the features of her vehicle. The finance guy was amazing as well, he worked hard to get us the best rate and gave us several options. I could not describe the experience as anything but amazing. One week after purchasing my wife’s vehicle I returned and purchased a 2026 Passport. I compared it to four other vehicles, most of them less expensive but after the years of great treatment from Price Honda and the way Dwayne treated us a week earlier, it was a no brainer, where I was purchasing a new car and from who I would buy. I wish I could give two separate reviews, a 1-star, and a 5-star. 1-star: I got off to a rocky start with Price Honda. I called and inquired about specific vehicles (several used Civics and Camrys). The salesperson noted this, and I made an appointment for the next day to come in and look at vehicles. The same salesperson called me the next day (day of the appointment), and I once again told them what cars I was interested in looking at. So, I show up to the appointment, and the salesperson I spoke to is not there. Dwayne took care of us instead. Dwayne looked up the cars I was interested in from the website - 2 had a deposit on them for several days already, and 2 were not at the price Honda location. The salesperson clearly used a bait and switch tactic and wasted my time and my wife’s time. If it wasn’t for Dwayne, I would never have returned to Price Honda. 5-star: I returned the next day after having clear communication with Dwayne. He took great care of us! I was pleased with the experience and would recommend Dwayne to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
