I was pleasantly surprised when I drove onto the Winner Subaru sales lot and was greeted by Sean. He took the time to get to know what I was looking for, provided several options and ultimately a test drive of the Subaru Crosstrek. Sean was very generous with two free Winner teddy bears and two baseball caps. The process was quick and I was driving off the lot within 3 hours in a new Crosstrek. The dealership was comfortable and all of the staff was very professional. I would recommend Winner Subaru for your next car purchase.

I moved to Delaware last year and had brought my Forrester to Winner a few times for normal maintenance, but earlier this month someone crashed their car into mine and my car was totaled. I saw some really nice used cars with low mileage on the Winner website which was very easy to use. I went to Winner in the late afternoon on a Friday, and was assisted by Stefan. He was so friendly and easy to talk to, and accompanied me on several test drives while I decided which car was best for me. I decided on a '24 Crosstrek and even though it does not have a CD player (I'm old LOL) I like it even more than my '18 Forrester. It handles beautifully and has so many modern features such as a huge picture display. The backup cam picture is large, crisp, and gives detailed information. Stefan pointed out all the new features and how to use them. He didn't try to push me into buying any extras I didn't want, and neither did the Finance person Frank. Stefan and Frank made the whole process easy and streamlined. I felt like a valued customer and have received helpful emails from Winner in the days after purchasing my car. Stefan and everyone I met at Winner really personified the Subaru brand of being laid-back, caring, and genuine. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car and can attest that they'll take good care of you. Thanks Stefan!

I purchased a car and Austin and Q helped me. Austin ended up being my sales consultant in the end. I know I was probably not the easiest person to work with because I wanted something very specific and I didn’t want to spend over a specific amount of money. Austin was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. Every point of contact with this dealership was essentially an excellent experience. The finance or sales manager irritated me a little. It is the only time I have ever had to ask my husband to come inside some place because I didn’t feel like my voice was being heard or that any respect was given to what I said as a woman. It would have been a five star experience otherwise. Overall a great experience! Also you should leave with a full tank of gas when you buy a car regardless if it is new or used. That policy is not so great. Very clean and modern offices with a sweet waiting area. They have great snacks. Honestly the sales person made this a great experience overall. So far I’m happy with my purchase.
