Dropped a commercial work truck off, told them “line is broke needs to be repaired”....Had to call and call to get any kind of update. Ended up not getting it fixed and just going to pick it up and dealing with the heat. Charged us $50 for a diagnostics fee to tell us the line that we told them was broke was broke. Go to A&R.

Took them over a week to get to my car. They left car parts in my front seat instead of putting them back, and they spilled fluids in my back floor. The car still stinks. They do dirty work. Avoid this place.

I didn't have a good experience at this place I was told my Alternator could be replaced it's day 3. And the owner told me I had to get my car and leave, the car had been sitting there for 3 days being told it could be done but the man left before he could take it out and replace it.

Don't go to Jeremy for any repairs and definitely don't go to the used car lot attached they sell lemons and don't actually fix cars they sold me a car it constantly leaking oil needs a new catalytic converter and more it's not worth the price of the car they are frauds and Jeanine or whatever the lady's name is rude doesn't do her job basically

Horrible business man!!! I bought a vehicle six months ago and it still can not pass inspection after being guaranteed inspection he also is refusing to give my money back for my tax and tags which was given to him upon purchase of my vehicle! In the process of suing this whole company!!! Just horrible!

Liars, thiefs, unprofessional, deceitful staff: receptionist, mechanic,owner. They lied about the price charged three times the actual amount. Car was returned in dirty condition,lied about others things related to the vehicle that they had done and did not do. Never returned my phonecalls,gave me the run around. Bad,poor quality work, low quality staffed. negativevibes,if you are smart don't take your vehicle there they will rip you off,you been warned!!.

If i could give this dealership a zero i would. terrible customer service and it’s been 8 months & I still have NOT received the title and registration to the vehicle. They are a fraud and committing robbery at its finest. Be careful!

i do not recommend to purchase cars from this place they basically scam you, i purchased a dodge charger and i had to spend a lot of money to repair a lot of things, like the touch screen, power steering pump etc. they told me they were going to make an appointment for me at the dodge dealership in milford and they never did and i called them over and over again to know when the appointment is and then the lady at the front desk rudely told me that they did make the appointment and that i didn’t show up but they never called me about it and that they charged Scott for me not showing up and when i call the Dodge dealership they said that they have no information of my car, my name or Scott’s name so it was a complete lie, and they still owe me over 400 dollars that they never gave back to me for some dmv paperwork which i ended up doing myself which is why they owe me that money back and it has been MONTHS and still nothing, i am honestly so disappointed and i still have video evidence of them owing me money which i will have to report to the dover police for ripping me off. i already spoke to my local police in milford and they told me that it was not okay what they did to me and to call dover police. that’s unless they give me my money back

I cannot say enough good things about this company. My parents traveled from Virginia and unfortunately their vehicle broke down. I found Quality Auto Repair via google, called and within twenty minutes, they were there. They worked with me on getting the vehicle towed back to Va. they went above and beyond and I cannot thank them enough. Price was very reasonable and professional.

Stay away. We dropped off my daughter's truck for service after breaking down on a Saturday night. Their hours said closed on Sunday. Called on Monday morning and they had the car towed on Sunday. They did not fix the problem and the towing company charged her $400. Still cannot get anyone to answer the phone. Hopefully this review will get a return call.

I've spoken with over 50 people who said they were cheated and robbed by this place. They sell lemons and junk and will not give you a title after buying a car. NEVER EVER GO HERE AND SPREAD THE WORD!

I went to this shop because I had an oil leak and all I needed was a new filter and drain plug. I paid $125, which was no big deal even though I could’ve replaced those items myself. The problem came when I went to pick up the car and I was told that my whole dipstick tube came out when the mechanic (Jeremy) went to check the oil levels. They had to order the part and Jeremy said it would be a quick fix. I asked if I brought the car at opening would it be done by 12 so I can go to work and he said that would be no problem, but I ended up missing work because it wasn’t done in time. Jeremy didn’t finish my car until closing time after his girlfriend came to pick him up. I was charged roughly $80 for parts and then 6 hours of labor, totaling $700 plus a $24 fee because I didn’t pay cash. All for the tube my dipstick goes into. Now it gets WORSE. A few days later I get a text from Jeremy (the mechanic) and he was hitting on me, asking if I wanted to go on a date. He must have forgotten I saw his girlfriend and he must have missed the wedding ring on my finger. Needless to say, my husband and I are not happy with the conduct of this shop.

I recommend that you consider getting a detailed estimate of repair cost and a completion date bring a witness or record conversations for your own personal protection and seek estimate’s with other automobile companies repair shop’s before allowing repairs to your vehicle and do consider contacting the better business location near by and the small claims court for your own protection if possible problems happen have credit card statements and do not pay cash The local court in Dover has this business on its radar judgements pending for people who has gotten justice they being proactive and responsible when they filed in court 16 so don’t do business with out a written estimate and have it signed by someone working there. Beware of Dover Delawares high crime areas and call Dover Police Department when needed drug and crime unit regularly patrol areas nearby
