I came in looking to replace the OE Firestone tires. The advisor was both professional and personable! Got four new tires with free rotation at s very fair price (you get what you pay for with tires!). Today, I stop in for a tire rotation, and once again the advisor, Matt, greeted me and got me checked in right away! And, promptly, the technician, Jorge, went out to my vehicle. The key here is that he had both a floor cover AND a seat cover! Now, this was not at 4:00 in the afternoon after working a hot, sweaty day; this was at 8:00 AM! Jorge was treating my vehicle with respect, as if it was his mother’s vehicle. I am very pleased with the entire process at this Firestone location! I have referred others here and will most assuredly purchase my next set of tires from here!

Won’t return here. Scheduled to have one tire replaced at 12 noon. They wanted to add service plan on the tire but I declined the offer. When I dropped off the car the order included the service plan plus a $21 car inspection I didn’t ask for. It wasn’t mentioned until I reviewed the order. They removed the extra charges before we left. Over three hours later after several calls were unanswered, we finally found out they haven’t got to our car yet. Four hours later we show up to see that haven’t attempted to get the job done From shady extra charges, not answering the phone and ,wasting my time, you may want to consider going somewhere else.

I am handicapped and this business doesn’t provide a clean and safe bathroom for public use. I stay with my SUV three hours. I used the bathroom but I couldn’t get off the floor from the toilet for several minutes.

I came in for a tire rotation and the work was done quickly and the staff was courteous, however, the waiting area was terrible. Dirty and I'm not sure if the chairs are ready for the dump or if they got them out of the dump.

It is clear now that your company will not plug a tire. They claimed it was not repairable even though the nail was in the middle of my tire. They only wanted to sell me a new tire. I said no and took my car to another shop and they looked at the nail and said no problem to fix it. After they fixed my tire, I told them what your company said and they just shook their heads. Does not give me any confidence to do any business with you again.

Staff alerted me when bringing my vehicle in for an oil change the wear bars were showing indicating the tires needed to be replaced. Last month I had the brakes and back rotors replaced at a different chain. Nobody said anything about tires needing to be replaced. I truly appreciate it.

After being a customer of this location for six years I will never take my Volvo XC90 or my Tesla Model S to any Firestone. After my service, I found my glove compartment latch broken and the contents rifled through when my husband and I were finally able to get it open. The oil change and tire rotation work whether done properly or not will never make up for the lack of trust I have with this location. It may or may not have been the technician who worked on my vehicle. BUT WHILE MY VEHICLE WAS ENTRUSTED TO YOU FOR SERVICE, SOMEONE EMPLOYED BY FIRESTONE BROKE THIS TRUST.

My back brakes went out with no notice. Due to it being a weekend Honda couldn’t work on them. I reached out to this Firestone and they were able to get me in a few hours later. My first thought was they are going to try oversell me and say all my brakes and rotors needed replaced. After arriving I had to wait about 30-45 minutes for them to pull in my car and inspect the brakes and rotors. They advised that my rear brakes and rotors needed replaced but my fronts still had 1mm left before they needed replacement. They recommended just my rear brakes. The total cost was $484 which was less than I was expecting to pay. Moral of the story, this Firestone was honest, fair priced and the guy working the counter seemed to be very professional and cared about the customers. I see there are some lower star reviews, but my experience was overall great. Only recommendation is to upgrade the chairs in the waiting room. They are aged and need replaced. 😁👍.

Deron and his Tech were very open and honest with me about some expensive work that needed to be done to my car. They mentioned it may be covered under my warranty which turned out to be correct. It ended up saving me $2000, if not more, in repair bills. They were honest and helpful or as some people may not have necessarily done that. I’m appreciative for all that they do to help me

I’ve gone to this Firestone multiple times and have gotten good service. The services done on my car have always been done correctly and the staff is always friendly. However, I always schedule an appointment and the time I wait for my car to be finished has always been very long. Whether I wait in the store or I drop my car off and pick it up later, it always takes multiple hours for an oil change. Like I said the services done itself and staff are great! Just the wait time is fairly long.

Matt Stewart was professional, courteous and, well, great at his job as manager. I noticed he kept those who were waiting informed as to the status of their vehicles even when the phones were ringing constantly. The technician took care of my issues and explained in terms I could understand how it was corrected. I will say I think some attention to the waiting area would be helpful. I don’t think I would make coffee even if it was available as it just doesn’t seem clean. I feel like if there’s a waiting area, it should be at least comfortable and clean. But Firestone has been our family’s go-to for over 25 years through military moves throughout the USA and come through every time. So I can deal with the waiting room issues because my car issue is always corrected!
