DO YOU HAVE STATEFARM AND WERE IN A FENDER BENDER..... took my car to Caliber Collision... and So far so good. Just took my car in 1 day ago on March 23, 2022. Had a choice to pick. So they were close to home so I decided to use them.. Today I had to go back to get a few things out of my car twice. I need to go find something else I lost also so it will make it 3 times. They are and have been very accomidating. I am waiting on my estimate I suppose. So the estimate Took about 11 to 12 days for them to tell me that my car is a total loss. My car is worth about 12,000 dollars give or take... so after what I thought was a minor fender bender ends up being a total loss.. I am not to thrilled about it but I am no car expert either. I guess technicalities take place even its not a major defect. So now I have state farm for insurance and they are giving me a rent a car for like 2 weeks.. I I have had my rental for about 12 days then they tell me my car is a total loss and that I have one week to find a new car because they will not give me the rental car any longer than that.. I would look into this kind of thing if you have to deal with a situation where you may need a rental car for longer tham 2 weeks or so.. Because it could take weeks for these auto body shops to get parts in for certain cars so you may be in a situation where you are without a rental car. Maybe not I dont know but what I do know is I have a week to find a new car or I am SH@# out of luck.. WOW!!! THANKS STATEFARM

My window was cracked, initially set a mobile repair with safelite, the tech came out and busted the rest of the window out, only to realize he had the wrong window. He wrapped it in plastic and then scheduled me for the following week (it's been raining like crazy) well my appt was somehow voided in the system and there was no call, no show, I called safelite and they could not get me in again until 6/1. I reached back out to my insurance and they gave me the option of Caliber and I've had a good experience with them in the past on body work, so I was happy to hear they offered mobile glass service. The rep w/ Caliber that took my call was pleasant and they had the window in stock and could get to me the very next day! The tech that I was assigned called me to let me know his ETA in the morning and another call when he was about 20 mins out. He was a very nice guy and was in and out with my window looking like nothing ever happened! I work in the insurance industry and I will be recommending Caliber auto glass to everyone!

Terrible experience I called three times and the young lady put me on hold for eight minutes each time and I hang up and call back and she said we’re so busy here. Sorry give me a moment and then she tells me she’s gonna call me back and she doesn’t. Definitely not a good experience at all.

Unprofessional. Difficult to work with. Worked with my insurance to try and total my vehicle by listing ridiculous things that did not need to be fixed - ex., hood has tiny bend that did not cause any safety or functionality concerns that a strong man with strong pliers could bend out and they said the hood had to be replaced. Will NEVER recommend to ANYONE for anything. Will actually warn people away from. They also refuse to perform any service on any vehicle once it is listed as Totaled. I had to go to another repair shop to replace my front bumper, headlights, and radiator - the only real damage.

Wrote a good review but after further looking over our truck noticed the job was rushed through as we told the company that we were in no rush as we wanted the truck done right. If you look closely the new bumper that was put on was painted a in correct color bumper dark color of our truck lighter. Did touch ups on the hood and can see the paint does not match as well on top. Thought this company did good and went by good reviews to go to this company. Now totally disappointed.
