I was searching for someone who could install a lift kit on my truck and I found Nault Auto Care on Facebook and I messaged him and within the next 5 minutes he had messaged me back I told him what I wanted and that day he gave me a quote which was very reasonable so I dropped it off the night before and by the middle of the next day he was calling me saying it was done and it was ready for me to pick up and I couldn’t get over there until later in the day but he said no problem and that he would be home and when I say he did a fantastic job that would be undercutting it and he was very informative about it I would recommend this place to anyone who asked me anything about auto I would direct them to him.

Jon and his wife make a great team! Both are super easy-going. Jon does an excellent job on my car and my mother's car and my daughter's car and my sisters car! 😁 His wife handles the paperwork and is very organized! The wait area is adorable, clean, and always a comfortable temperature in case you need to wait. I highly recommend this superb team for your vehicle repair needs!

I needed to find a new mechanic after the one my family has always used retired. I chose to try Nault Auto Care to fix my sticking brake calipers. They got me in fast, and they also let you drop your car off and keys in a drop box the night before the appointment. (Great when you work night shift like me). They did a great job and everything was done quickly. I am going to be a returning customer for years to come! :)

Mr. Jon is the best mechanic in the state of Delaware. Honestly if I lived in a border state, I still would bring my truck to him. It's very, VERY hard to find a mechanic who's honest, reliable and oh, HONEST. I refer all of my friends, family and co-workers to him because of his work and work ethic. Horrible do not go chistain was very unpleasant unprofessional not people friendly. as a frist time customer service was bad. Will never go back I was there was o strars because I would have given o and another thing it I refuse to pay 🚍 business should tell customer up front if there is a service fee not let u sit there . and then take ur car this is the problem low class. and not saying nothing to the last minute.i have called around to see if I was in the wrong every business said no. and every one said the same if there is a service fee u should the the customer up front which chistain did not do.Give the customer the chance to see if the have the service fee. not wait to the last minute. that my point. so the customer will know ahead off time l.ike customer don't have a family to. every one said I was right. one business I talk to know u chistain and did not have good things to say about u . business should always let a customer know up front off any fee which chistain did not do. I have found someone else very professional and let me know up front. show me the problem so i can see for my self. not just take my vehicle and say this is the problem they did not even show me. just pulled down door not hands on. and I will let my friends and family and neighbors off dover not to go to ur business.
