Great service and end result. Safelight wanted to charge us $750 to replace a Ford Fusion windshield. $250 of it was for calibration. These guys told us it was a scam, got it done for $300 cheaper, and everything works perfectly

I just had my windshield replaced by DAG in Dover. I opted to have them come to my home since I live close by. They called me in the morning and gave me a time frame of when to expect them. The crew showed up on time as promised and did the job right in my driveway. The men who came to my home were very kind and professional. I had a great experience with DAG overall.

Was recommended by Robin at VW Dealership in Dover, DE. Called to inquire about a quote for my vw atlas and gentlemen was very rude. This was my 1st time calling and wasn't sure what I needed when I called. He asked for my VIN # and I gave it to him. When talking to the gentleman he made me feel like I was hassling him. I asked the gentleman am I irritating you sir. I informed him I didn't appreciate the way the call was going and told him to have a nice day and I would take my business elsewhere. This is a business and you should not make customers feel like they're bothering you when bringing in business to your company.

I was recommended DAG by multiple people when I had a damaged windshield and needed to search around for quotes. Safelite had quoted me nearly 500 dollars, and they had a long waiting period of nearly a week before my car could be serviced. As the crack was growing worse by the day, evolving from a simple spidering to obstructing my view, and only growing worse the day of the repair, I needed the most immediate service I could get. DAG was AWESOME. I was able to get a set quote over the phone, and service in a day (although i chose two days out but that was out of personal choice, which they were happy to work with). The guys there are friendly, respectful, and checked up on me a few times as I was waiting for the adhesive to cure. All and all, I was in and out in about 2 hours (most of that being cure time), and at a fragment of the cost For my windshield on my 2017 honda civic, I was out the door at 269. They do accept Mastercard in case anyone needs that info. Highly recommend Dag, and will in the future. Great team, great price, and great waiting period.

I was transferred to the Salisbury area by an Auto Dealer in March of 1983. I am still an Auto Dealer and can not even begin to count how many times I have used DAG over that time. Always fair priced and great work done at a time convenient for me. I have utilized glass & mirrors, tint, accessories (hitches and sliding windows). I have not used upholstery YET :). I never go anywhere else

I had my windshield replaced by the Dover location, back in March due to a rock hitting it and then the crack spreading. I was quoted almost $900 by Safelite to replace it due to some sensor in my windshield. These guys did it for WAY LESS ($359) and they were finished in 2 hours. (guess what - MY SENSOR STILL WORKED! The nice man that helped me had me test it before I left). My windshield is still holding strong and I will happily use them again if the need arises.

To start, The customer service is the best!!!! Their prices are better than safelite and others by a mile! I had my windshield replaced on my 2019 jeep wrangler for $330 when others were charging $400-$700 and it only took them 2 hours from the time i arrive till the time the windshield cured enough for me to leave! Every employee there was super professional ! 10 out of 10 do recommend!!!

I called on the phone to see if they could fix my driver side window on my 91 Camaro. He asked what it needed and I told him and he said it was 89.00 to look at it. I described to him what was wrong with it. He said he wasn’t interested in looking at or doing the work! He never saw the car it was just a phone call. I asked him so you don’t want to work on it and he said NO that was it . I was stunned. I mean he wasn’t really wasnt that pleasant from the start but I don’t care I just wanted my window fixed. This is the location in Dover DE. Really poor experience. Recommend lol not a chance.!

Absolutely satisfied with my experience DAG (Dover), First with the Pricing, I originally setup an appointment with safelite but due to 2 weeks of severe cold weather causing issues with installing glas outdoors (mobile service) they kept cancelling on me which I dont fault safelite for but i needed to get my windshield done for inspection so I contacted DAG and to my surprise, they beat out safelites quote by over $120...So I made my appointment with DAG instead, I had my daughter with me because she had no school this day, and I had my appointment at 10am and I was fully expecting to be there for atleast 2-3hrs or more but they knocked it out in 1hr and did a great job to, I was worried that my trim and windshield cowling plastics would be damaged because its old brittle plastic but they made it seem like nothing was touched and like it was all still factory. Definitely would recommend these guys if your in need of glass repairs/installation.
