THE MACHINE SHOP IS A "JOKE ". I took my 454 bear block to their machine shop to be degrease and clean. I've called there and gotten the price of what I need done, so....they gave me the price that was I felt reasonable and fair. So I deliver my block to be clean. Well, I've look at it that it seems that they did an awesome job.....but to my surprise when I unwrapped it and farther inspection on the side of the block.....that there where flake (ALOT) of the old paint and there was the a lot of the old paint that was on there. Where the old paint that was on there.....they painted over the block old paint with silver paint to make it look like the block is clean. LOL. Before I've notice and did the farther inspection, I've paid for the service.....well.....they hit me with the bill of twice the higher than what they told me on the phone. I told them what I was told that it would cost and showed them what I wrote down. They said those are not the price. Lol. What they told me over the phone was right around the other machines shop would charge. BASICALLY.......THEY DID A PIECE POOR JOB ANDROID MADE ME PAY TWICE AS MUCH ANDROID FORD ME EITHER EXCEPT IT OR LEAVE MY 454 BIG BLOCK THERE. LADIES ANDROID GENTS......DON'T GO TO THERE MACHINE SHOP OR GET THEORY PARTS....THEY ARE OVER PRICE. OUTRAGEOUSLY OVER PRICE

When I went to Vo tech NAPA was offering training and support for students in the field of automotive repair. Mr Madden is a hands on owner who often works the counter with his professional team with expertise and professionalism! NAPA parts last longer and are better made than other parts suppliers that use foreign suppliers..

Called on the phone and discussed my problem with someone. They quoted me a price for a part. When I got to the store 30 minute later.... They didn't have a listing for any such part and no one there claimed to be the person i just spoke with! Showed them the number I dialed and it was the number to this store..... worst service at any NAPA I have ever visited. I'll be driving down to Milford from now on.

THIS LOCATION OF NAPA WILL ROB YOU AFTER WASTING YOUR TIME. I needed cv axels for a pick up. They quote me a different price that my coworker whom just called in without an account the same hour. I installed them and even though there wasn’t underlying issues to cause malfunction, i side failed after just two months of use. They refuse to warranty their “lifetime” product. Truck unusable, I bought a second one only to witness the other side fail five months after install. I get my Entire suspension replaced and I go back to Napa again of course no coverage on the garbage they sell as lifetime warranty. I had the receipt and I let them work me a third time. This time they charged me over 125$ more than previously and while doing so I explain that I’m a 33 yr old single father to a four year old girl, and money is tight. I need form of transportation but don’t want to pay for a set that doesn’t hold up again. They explain to me that if there’s an issue with the axels again they would give me a refund so I would be able to purchase better quality through another company. Well both “lifetime warrantied” axels busted up in less than two weeks time. They are refusing to refund, refusing to replace, and the manager explained that there refund policy isn’t real at all … For if the part is installed it voids any return. And when your parts are faulty the warranty is void. So they reassured me that they would take care of it on the third go around(in less than a years time) only to up the price by 40% and again not cover a cent of the junk they sold with lifetime guarantee.

Was having an issue with my car battery, so stopped by here to pick up a new one. Customer service was great, and while they were unable to change the battery for me, they did have loaner tools so I could swap it out myself. They were very helpful and I was happy to shop here. Definitely will come back if I need anything else.
