Turned in car for front end repair from hitting a fox. Went to pick up car and I’m glad I looked under it. Missing screws and rivets that attach the under fairing to the bumper. There’s a broken clip on the bumper. There’s rivets in holes that have screws in them on the opposite side. Not what expected from a Ford dealer. Can’t wait to get that text message survey. Update: got a call that the car was ready to pick up again. Went back to pick it up today and it was missing 5 fasteners still on the bottom side of the bumper. Shop was closed but I managed to get someone’s attention. One of the office workers answered the door, knew the problem from last time and fixed himself in the parking lot. So I’d give five stars for the front office but 1 for that mechanics. Check their work folks. Definitely have a quality issue in the garage.

I’ve had my car repaired here twice, each time after a fender bender. The work was okay but they could have done a better job. The most recent time I had it fixed I went to pick up my car and they tried to charge me without showing me my car first. What kind of shop does that? I insisted on seeing it and there was this huge white line across once side of my car. I rubbed it and it rubbed off, it was like sticky adhesive. I didn’t think anything of it. I finally got around to rubbing it completely off today and there was a huge scratch underneath. These people scratched my car and didn’t tell me. The inside of my car was also filled with metal dust because they had to take off a panel and smooth out a dent, filling my car with toxic metal dust that was sanded off. They couldn’t have cleaned it up? The mechanics who work here are bad and lazy. Besides the shoddy workmanship, the extremely overweight women in the lobby are clearly miserable with their lives and jobs and they take it out on their customers. They’re hard to look at enough as it is but with the constant scowls on their faces they make it even harder. They’re so rude and simply speaking to them ruined my whole day because of how nasty they are. If you don’t like your job then find a new one, don’t be lazy at it and take out your misery on customers. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Find a body shop that actually cares about your car and won’t scratch it.

So I was rear ended in a car accident and was recommended by my insurance company USAA to go to this auto body center because they're in there "trusted network". When I arrived to get my estimate I informed them not to roll my driver window down because it was broken. (had it fixed once and it broke again). They didn't pass it on to the mechanics and they rolled it down and it fell out of the track. Not a big deal people make mistakes they removed the panel and got it back in the track for me. About 4 days later I'm told I can take my truck in to finally get fixed, the parts have arrived and the insurance company sent them the money. They got the truck fixed a day quicker than I expected. Look brand new not going to lie. But My driver window was out of the track again. Not only did this happen once before but I reminded them of the issue after dropping it off the second time. Once again things happen. After bringing it up to the mechanic when he pulled it around he said he'd get his manager to discuss it. The manager came out right off the bat with attitude. Saying the truck was dropped off with the window down. After explaining to him the window was broken but it was in the full up position and I informed them of the issue he said "his mechanics wouldn't of rolled it down and I need to learn how to take care of my vehicles better and not blame others for my problems". I explained to him I didn't want them to fix the window that was already broken just help from a mechanic to place the window back in the track a 5 minute fix with a screw driver (I know because I timed it when I got home). He agreed if I brought it back the next day he would but he didn't have anyone available 20 minutes before they closed. Not sure if he assumed I was trying to get free maintenance or what but I just wanted a simple hand to temp fix an issue they made worse. If your told by your insurance company to go here save your self the issue Management there is rude. Will not ever go back there

A couple of months back Brian and his team were there when I got in my first fender bender. I had to get a whole new front bumper, and radar. They made my process fast and easy while explaining everything in fine detail while making sure I had no questions unanswered. If I get in a small wreck I will be bring my vehicle back to Brian and his team.

It took 5 weeks to get my car back and every part they repaired had a problem. They painted over chips without filling them 1st. Dirt in the clear coat. The rims where painted and they didn't clean the inside of the rims 1st so there is clear coat over break dist. I had to bring it back time after time together they had the car over two months. No one would check the car before delivering it. One of the many times the inner truck parts where not installed just laying there. Plus every screw that went in to plastic was stripped or broke. Including the bumper cover. Many parts where not install properly the door handle feel out on my hand and I had to take the door a part to get the parts to install it the right way. It was the worse experience I ever had and will never do business with any of there dealership from repairs, buying parts or buying a car.

I’ve used this repair shop twice so far! Once for a drunk person’s hit and run, and now, for hail damage from hell, and each time I’ve been provided with outstanding customer service! They’ve treated my 2017 Mazda 3 with quality work and care. Both instances like it never happened. Marjorie represented USAA, and Brian helped me out to ensure all the damage was repaired -even things I couldn’t see! ❤️ (this google account is under a fake name for security purposes)

A bit ago, I was involved in an auto accident (at the time, I drove a Subaru Legacy) where I'd hit a deer and selected Winner Auto Body Shop to do the repairs. Firstly, I'll give credit where it's due. The auto body work done on my car was tremendous - you'd never think the left side of my car was destroyed due to a deer. The guts of the engine from the accident - that's a whole different story. I finally got the phone call after a few weeks of waiting for it to be repaired that it was done. Okay, great - I couldn't have been more ecstatic!!! Upon entering, I dealt with a man named Chris, who was very nice, but also seemed sort of clueless as to what was going on. Trusting they did right by me, I drove my car off the lot - it was 68 degrees out that day and I noticed on the drive back to my house (I live 5 minutes away) that the temperature light never kicked off after the car warmed up. I called Chris immediately and told him it was overheating and shaking. I pulled into the lot and it poured coolant everywhere. Long and awful story short, they'd given me a car back after repairing THAT THEY NEVER TEST DROVE OTHER THAN TO THE LIGHT AND BACK!!!!! I had to go to Winner Subaru in Dover to get my car further looked at because it was shaking when idle - they never replaced busted hoses and left a broken fan inside!!!!!! And left me with next to no coolant in my car!!!!!!! If I could give this place 0/5 stars, I would. The auto body work is their only saving grace. Obviously just trying to fill spaces with inexperienced technicians (upon entering, there's a sign stating how they are proud repairman of foreign cars) who have no idea what they are doing. Quality issue inside the garage that left a lot to be desired. Be wary. Select somewhere else more reputable for internal auto work.

My experience with Winner Dover Auto Center was great. They did an excellent job repairing the damage to the back of my Hyundai Tucson SUV. I want to give a special thanks to Cody Higgins and the rest of the staff. It was a stressful situation for me and they were so nice. My car was fixed and cleaned ahead of schedule. Winner collision in Dover was amazing to me and my boyfriend! My boyfriend and I got into a car accident and after we got it towed here they immediately started to work on it and kept close contact with us to keep us updated on what was going on regarding it being fixable or totaled. They were very encouraged to try and make it repairable, unfortunately after further examination it was totaled this news was heartbreaking at first due to all the money put into this car(aftermarket parts). Even though they claimed it totaled we were able to get all of the aftermarket parts off and switch for the stock parts, this was the best thing possible that could have happened we saved thousands of dollars due to this decision, and not only did they make it possible for that to happen they also left the car on the lift for my boyfriend to be able to take those parts off with minimal effort. Not only did they do that they also stepped in and helped get those parts off even with their busy schedule. Our experience here was a complete 10/10!! Customer service was great! Hopefully won’t have to be in this situation again but if so would definitely be my #1 place without a doubt. If you are in a situation like mine or needing body work done I recommend winner Dover auto body shop!

I brought my car in for damage done from a deer. Felica was very communicative during the whole process and worked with my insurance very well so I didn't have to do anything. But the part where she and Winner Ford truly shine is when I ended up still having some issues after the fixes were all done. Cars can be unpredictable sometimes, I was worried this was an issue missed while making the original repair and I'd be on the hook for paying for it. While we couldn't determine if it was from the accident or just bad timing for the additional fix. They fixed it right away and free! I definitely had bad experiences with other mechanics at different places not standing by their work. But they stepped up and made everything right! Thanks Felica and Winner Ford!

It was the most pleasant automobile accident I've ever had. I had an appointment 36 hours after my car was struck. The service from Winner Ford Collision Center-Auto Body Shop in Dover was superb! Lots of parking available. The interior is well lit and easily accessible for the handicapped. I was greeted immediately upon entering. Sarah, Felicia and Mellissa were exceptional representatives. Every step from the handing over of my keys and documents to returning the rental, was explained before hand and I was briefed each time on whom and what i was to expect next. This location has poor customer service. Staff didn't communicate properly on what my insurance didn't cover until I picked up my car. The Wilmington,DE location is better. They're friendly're and communicate thoroughly. The Wilmington location washed my car every time I received service from them. The Dover location does the bare minimum. I only use this location because it's the closest to my house.

Out of fairness, I will say this. My interactions were professional and I did feel as if I was heard when I expressed concerns. I appreciate the fact that they provided me with a rental car at their expense as well when the completion dates became overdue. I have no complaints about customer service. Workmanship is another story unfortunately. I was called on 1/6/26 saying that my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the shop, I reviewed the work that was done to the car and discovered that the bumper and trunk lid were very visibly misaligned. Some how that passed a final quality control check and was going to be given to me as their customer. It took a few days for the alignment to be completed and I picked up the car on 1/9/26; a full month after the original date in which I was supposed to get the car back. I stand by my word, I am very disappointed in several things with Winner Auto Center in Dover. I am disappointed that the completion date was pushed back numerous times for reasons including prioritizing work on other cars that had come in after mine. I was also disappointed that a quality control check allowed for a misaligned bumper and trunk lid to pass inspection.
