Our Big Idaho Potato Truck needed some electrical work on our tracking system and usually have very little time to stop for repairs. Best Kenworth dealer I've found. So good that another local Hampton Roads, VA carrier sends their trucks the 4.5 hour drive for work to be done when there is a Kenworth dealer 5 miles up the road from their office. A big tip of the hat to Richard who unbeknownst to me is also the owner and Charles, who came in on labor day Saturday to finish the repair on my truck.

Worst dealership in Kenworth network, had to call 3 times just to confirm my broken truck was in there parking lot after telling them it was being towed in. Terrible customer service, never got a single update I always had to call them, the performed work and at the end said o since your on your way to come pick it up we forgot to tell you $900 wasn’t covered under warranty because the Kenworth warranty was up 3 weeks ago the failure was covered under Cummins warranty. Never said a word. To top it off they tried to send us down the road low on coolant after replacing the egr cooler. Poor poor service. Because of this dealer and the fact that they are the only dealer in the area we will never buy another Kenworth.

We had an appointment for last Wednesday and are still waiting for our truck to go into the shop to get the alternator fixed. Not the first time we have had to wait and wait for service. Not happy with the service department, or lack there of. May have to contact the BBB

$950 for pm service ! Woww They just saying do not come here. İt is $450 at truck stops with same oil brand and filter. Also they put bad def fuel to my truck. ( they did not even close engine oil lid after pm ) They just want your money !!!

Walked in this morning (2/7) just a couple minutes after they opened, had a truck broken down that they are not a dealer for. The parts counter guy, was extremely helpful and let me go through a couple things that he had in mind to help us get our broken truck along for the day. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes with the correct parts and was able to complete the day on the job site.

Had to get Towed in on a Monday, and They Assessed the Situation, Fist Hand, Helped me Find and get Too & From the Hotel ( Don't recommend any Hotel/Motel South of the race track... The Ones North of SAM'S Club is best for the area) and Did exactly what they said they were going to do! Would do business here again 🤝

I would like to take this time to thank Kenworth they did a great job every time I'm in the area. If I need something done on the truck or the trailer they always seem to help me out as much as possible. I haul for NASCAR racing experience so it's very critical when I come into town sometimes I'm under a tough deadline and they seem to work me in. The people are absolutely great. The service is great. The shop is great, had no issues whatsoever and I would recommend it
