Seatbelt warning lights and alarm goes off and on, while driving. It doesn’t stop until I pull over, turn my car off, and reset everything. Hertrich’s said they can’t fix it with the warranty because they can’t replicate it for the warranty to cover it. I have a video of it happening but that didn’t matter. Consider this support before buying from Hertrich’s. I did have a good experience with my Maxima from there but it never needed a repair.

I've purchased many cars over the course of my life, but I will never purchase a car from Hertrich ever again. If you like being lied to and ripped off, go to Hertrich. If you don't like those things, go anywhere else.

I was looking for a new vehicle and was greeted by Nilesh, who was awesome in every way, very personable and friendly, easy to get along with. My problem came when Randy got involved. He was very abrasive and rude, and was actually trying to bully me into buying a car and not willing to work with what I had. His attitude was disgusting. When I said I need to consider other options he questioned me and asked what I needed to consider. When we told him we were leaving he demanded why- probably not realizing how mentally exhausting he is. But thank you Randy for telling me I wouldn’t find a car…. I in fact did find myself a 2023 Nissan Rogue, a year newer than what you tried to get me with several thousand less miles and within my price range.

I purchased my Nissan here my salesman was Fredy Argueta he was nice never felt pressured or just told something to get the sale. A year later I was at the dealership getting some service done and he remembered my name made sure he walked over greeted me and it just felt like old friends seeing each other. WARNING: HERTRICH NISSAN OF DOVER ⚠️ Hertrich Nissan of Dover replaced the engine in my 2019 Nissan Titan in December 2024. Now the valve cover and timing cover gaskets are leaking — an issue caused by their work — and they are refusing to correct it. I spoke directly with Mike, the General Manager, who was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve a problem his dealership created. I have written directly to owner Fred Hertrich, yet he has never contacted me personally. Instead, he continues to pass me back to the same manager who refuses to take responsibility. This post is to warn others. When something goes wrong, Hertrich Nissan of Dover does not stand behind their work and does not treat customers with respect. Do your research before trusting this dealership. Also I have reported this to the BBB.

Amanda, was my service advisor. She was extremely helpful during my initial call for a service appointment. She was very pleasant. When making decisions on where to get your vehicle serviced. It can be a difficult decision for a number of reasons. In my case, I received extremely good service and care from Amanda. In the future, I would be willing to return to Hertrich of Dover, as long as Amanda is there to be my service advisor.

Have had several problems in getting my Nissan serviced, First my battery failed when it was new and they were no help In getting it over and then took a day and a half replacing the battery. I went in to ha e routine service and was informed if I used a credit card it was a 2.7 percent charge for using it. Credit cards charges to the business are a write off to the business and.are just a cost of doing business for the dealership. At this point I will never buy a car again from one of these dealerships.

Went to buy a car there told that I was going to be taken care of and the salesman told me that he would take care of it. Naturally, he did not, then proceeded to say he would talk to his general manager. The general manager tells him to tell me that he will give my money back and he would get the car back. Lol bad business at its finest I definitely do not recommend Hertrich Nissan of Dover. They are not trustworthy whatsoever!!!!

I had a great visit at Hertrich Nissan this morning! I was immediately greeted at the door, and felt welcomed by both the Sales and Service teams. I was impressed by the level of care provided by management team, as evidence of the General Manager helping a Sales Consultant enroll in an insurance program! I saw the same level of investment and attention in Hertrich’s Service department, where repair work was being completed on a transmission.
