I purchased the coverage. It was Curtis Miller who sold me and promised me to send me the document and ID in the mail. I asked him send me in the email. He said ok. Two days passed no email. I emailed him, no response. I called a week later, another person said he is not available. Asked him to send me the declaration in the email. He forwarded the same email that Miller had sent as a quote. Waited two weeks, never got any response. I finally called and requested to cancel. The different person answered and asked me why, I answered not needed anymore. Asked him to refund the charged amount. He was reluctant to do so and said will send the cancellation email in the morning. They never send me the cancellation confirmation nor any email even after 25 days now. Please, Please, Please, do not buy any coverage from this company. This is a total scam. Even BBB said this is not accredited business.

I was comparing pricing for extended warranties today and I came across Empire. The customer service representative was extremely helpful and explained the coverage to me in detail. The price is better than what I found anywhere else. I will definitely be using this company for my husband's vehicle when his warranty expires.

My mom who is a senior citizen got slammed by this company. When she brought it to their attention they refused to correct the problem and said well how did we get your credit card number Period Then again she said She didn't do this and didn't authorized and asked for them to stop and they have refused now my mother is seeking legal remedy. Don't trust them!

To Owner, I've never signed up for their services. They keep spamming my phone every few weeks to sign up for their offers. I've spoken with someone to be removed from their contact listing and have my information removed. They said it's been removed but I still receive spam messages. It's very annoying and since this request has been ignored or improperly performed. I would like to be in contact with the owner to attempt resolving this again. If this cannot be settled, I'm motivated to proceed further to resolve this situation. Under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and the Telemarketing Sales Rule (TSR), all businesses and companies must honor "do not call" requests, with violations resulting in fines for every message that continues after notification has been submitted.

Evening my fellow Americans, I was searching for better auto warranty plans for my 2017 F150 XLT truck as Endurance my recent provider SUCKED, they dont cover jack!!! So I found Empire today Tuesday, 10FEB2026, and sounds like a plan I had a while back that expired, but worked well with my wants. The CSR John helped get it all taken care of over the phone in as easy as 1, 2, 3... I greatly appreciate his time and efforts in assessing me. I signed on 2 vehicles with big chunk of down-payment ($1,000) the promise of Platinum Protection but what I got was Enhanced protection. I called a soon as I noticed it. They said it will be changed and promised that I will get the revised booklets. Never got them. Been calling them each week. Same story. This is a scam. This is a bait and switch. I will continue to post reviews until I get the full refund. DO NOT BUY!

I would give ZERO stars!!! Was pressured into starting a policy yesterday. Tried to cancel. They kept pressuring to “staying.” Finally after 3 phone calls they said it was “cancelled and I’d received a cancellation email within 24 hours.” No email (not shocked). Then I get a text asking for the vin number to my vehicle. I said I cancelled this yesterday and they said that I had to call again to cancel. I call again to cancel and now (after it was supposedly cancelled yesterday) said they cannot cancel without the vin number. I will not give this scam place anymore personal information as I will need to cancel my card after this mess is over. I have contacted the BBB, FTC, and the Indiana Attorney General on this matter since they said I had a refund and now refusing. Not to mention they charged me $9.96 more than what they told me it would cost instead of being 100% up front with all costs. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. Facebook them, BBB search them and look on google for the bad reviews. They all outweigh “the good ones”. Do not purchase through them. I will leave this review everywhere I have to until my refund is processed and in my account. Would like to update that I just called and asked for specific verbiage showing that require my VIN to cancel the policy and refund and I told them I wished I hadn’t given my personal information and the employee Travis informed that he wished I hadn’t either. Company is really holding some great standards!

Unfortunately, I had to give 1 star i would give -10 for this company. Please look up the BBB complaints bc reviews with 5 stars can't be real!!! I started with the company paying under $110 then the company decided to increase my monthly rate without even informing me. I called in September 2025 and asked for a manager to call me back, off course never got a call. I called back and asked why they did not inform me about the increase and that my contract had extended. I was informed of nothing. Called the company and spoke to several ppl that day, Empire Jacob 1/15 9:05 am , Henry 1/15 11:45 am , John 1/15 12:06 pm , and each of them told me I will get a refund and that my contract has been cancelled per my request. No refund called back Vincent 1/21 1:06 pm told me again refund will be issued and since the company only issue refund fridays it will be processed that coming Friday. called back again spoke to Brian who is supposed to be a manager and stated since it passed 30 days I won't get a refund and that my contract was not cancelled. Also was told by Brian we dont see why all these prev agent would tell me that I will get a refund, well since calls are being recorded (which by the way, there is no announcement when you call before you get connected ) nothing was mentioned that I was told by several employees I will get a refundI filed a BBB complaint and as a respond I received nothing but excuses and off course nothing was mentioned about prev conversations. I am not the only one who experienced this and of course it is not on ggl review but BBB.

Horrible Horrible warranty company. I was paying them for 7 months, I decided to buy a second car and added the car to my policy. The service rep never told me that if I add a car to my policy the one I already had would default. my car broke down on the freeway and needed a tow, I called and the lady said my policy was not active. I called the next day just to find out my policy started all over again. Long story short this company is not good and highly do not recommend and their customer service is horrible. The customer service rep told me they dont have time to listen to me or my problems.

Horrible Customer Service! The sales team is very polite but will pressure you signing up. Especially with that 30 day money back guarantee. However, if you decide the policy isn't right for you and decide to cancel, even within the 30 day guarantee, their Customer Service department is extremely rude, condescending, and unhelpful. I signed up for a policy with them on 1/31/26. I called to cancel on 2/10/26, I was lectured, belittle, and scolded for doing so. I was told that they were canceling my policy for me but not to call them again and hung up on. I did not receive a confirmation email nor a refund. So I called back on 2/20/26, twice! The first time they claimed they couldn't hear me. The second time the agent told me the department that handles refunds was closed and to call back. I called again on 2/27/26, I was told that my policy was never canceled but that he could not help me with that and that the department that could was closed and would not be open again until today Monday 3/2/2026. This morning, 3/2/26, I have called 3 times, the first time the agent told me the person who handles cancelations was busy, as well was the Supervisor. The second time I called, I was told that I was speaking with the agent who handles cancelations. He proceeded to tell me that I was lying about calling in previously. He also stated that I didn't have a good reason to cancel therefore I couldn't. He was very rude, disrespectful, and condescending refusing to answer my questions and telling me that I should know already since I know everything. When I expressed that this is not how you treat customers, he told me that I should give him a training lesson then. He finally said he would cancel my policy and hung up on me. I called back a third time to confirm it had been canceled. This last agent was respectful and did confirm that my policy had been canceled. However he stated that I would not be getting a refund. I have now been charged twice by this company that refuses to give me a refund and had refused to assist me prior to this, however was quick to pressure me into signing up. You need to do better on training your agents. This is a horrible way to do business.

CALL YOUR BANK RIGHT NOW AND REPORT FRAUD !!!! They will say they work with your car and emphasizing that they work for the dealer of your car. They will then say 100 dollars if you are in decided they will then charge your 49 dollars as if it's some steal. Then they will send you a email saying you will get your cards in the mail. No you won't I figured their scam out in a day. After they send you that email they will have you write a review so other people will be a sucker and and get it because they got a good review by someone who just got it. AFTER THAT YOU WILL REALIZE MONTHS LATER THEIR POLICY IS FAKE !!!! Once you realize it's fake they will hang up on you. It's a call center. Im reporting them to the FBI. I attached the fake email they will send you. They will just insert your information in. Everyone gets the same email

I personally had a great experience with Empire. I spoke with Eli, the manager, and he made me feel welcomed and informed right from the start. The all-inclusive plans and excellent monthly pricing are honestly the best I’ve heard so far. I called several other places and was told only certain parts would be covered, no rentals included, and prices were over $170 per month. Empire was completely different. They are absolutely amazing, and I couldn’t recommend them enough.
