I wasn't going to post my experience, but I found my car now has swirl marks after a detail job here.. I came in and traded my Mazda 3 in. The appraiser after test driving my trade in, hit the parking concrete barrier, and damn near ripped my bumper off. After an altercation, and me and my fiance calmed down, I bought with a certified check (cash) for my gti. One month later, I got a text saying my title tags. Etc were ready. Ken ( I want to VERY clear is an amazing sales person, this is NOT his fault) he did take care of us, to his abilities. I love one hour away... Got there they give me tags, registration, no title. They sent my title to my bank, as a lean. Ok they will me they will take care of it, and I will have my tags in a month, sent to my home. 2 months came no title.....I called talked to the sales manager he said he will find out what's going on and call me back ... I called after lunch about 2 left a message, no call back. I called and asked for the GM.....all i wanted was a call back to up date me about my title ... Well. The bank still has it. No one called me and told me or updated me about anything. The GM called me and said the bank still has it. You have to call them. So. I made the half hour trip to my banks main office, got my title. Then had to go to DMV to get a clear title. Had to pay $35 for it. He said come up here and I'll give you your money back. Drove one hour away for them to tell me they will send a check. Absolutely not. You can write me a check, so the GM comes he seems very annoyed opens his wallet and I take he was being slightly aggressive and give me $40 and says we don't carry cash here. So why didn't you just write me a check there. Why do I have to wait for this check after I live 1 hour away? Why would I come there just for you to tell me that? I also had my car detailed here toom 4 hours.....now I DO NOT take my car through the car wash. I use touchless. I now noticed I have swirl marks in my paint..I also purchased a warranty that covers all the dings a scratches . I won't be using that at that dealership so I guess I'm just screwed with that because they can't even handle a title, appraising somebody's car, and clearly detailing it because now I have all the swirl marks in my paint....thank you for that .

I bought a used 2019 Tiguan and the whole process was very professional compared to other places I went in MD and PA. Quest was my salesperson and really was professional and attentive. I was clear on what I could and couldn't afford and Quest was straightforward the whole time and worked with me every step to make a deal. The car has been great after a couple of months of driving and based on my experience this dealership conducts business properly and can be trusted.

Ordered subaru OEM parts from this dealer, recieved damaged parts and was missing others, left several emails, several phone calls and several voicemails throughout the last 3 weeks attempting to get ahold of somebody, had too file a dispute through my PayPal too even get a response from the company, and was told if I wanted anything done about it I was too return the items I did recieve and PAY the shipping AGAIN too recieve my refund, finally got ahold of somebody recently and left my name, phone number, and order number and was told a manager would get ahold of me the following day. I am sill waiting on an a response back. I have now probably sunk 6 hours of time over the last month just trying too get a response back. Extremely dissapointed in the customer service and overall an enormous waste of time and money.

The 4.6 rating is a mirage. I went for a remote starter. I got an initial quote over the phone and when I got there is as if it never happened. I got a second one price for the job and when I went to pay after the job was done the price changed again. The parts department doesn’t know what it’s doing. The service department is no better. The lady I spoke to over the phone told me it would take 4 hours to the job. Yet, I ended up having to return the next day. The manager needs to do an audit of his/her employees because right now this place needs to be avoided.

Winner volkswagen was absolutely amazing. My transmission in my old car was going up so my dad took me to volkswagen just to look around. As soon as we pulled up Reuben came over to my dad and was showing him jettas before i could even come around to talk to him myself! We test drove a beautiful 2020 jetta and i fell in love with it! Unfortunately i didnt get approved for it with my credit but i did get approved for a brand new 2025 jetta that was just as beautiful, and they even got me a below average interest rate! We of course went to other dealerships after just to look and see other options (but i had my heart set on the jetta already) we went back that monday to finalize everything and i got to take home my brand new car. I love my car, and Reuben and everyone at volkswagen i dealt with was absolutely amazing, even dealing with my little brother!!

This was one of the worse experiences I’ve had in a while. I called to ask, how much would it be for a remote start, I got quote from the parts department and I spoke to the service department to setup an appointment. In the mist of explaining things to the service center she asked me if I wanted keys with my remote start and I said yes. The day of my appointment it was as if I never spoke to anyone previously. The quote I got out the window. And maybe it was my fault for not stating AGAIN that I wanted the keys to go with the remote start because when I came back after 5 hrs had passed because in the original conversation over the phone I was told that it would take 4hrs. The service center told me they still don’t know if I need the keys or not. I would ask what was done to my car that in 5 hrs they could not figure that out. One might say well they have other cars to work on. My reply would be, what the hell is the point of any appointment? The one bright spot was that they gave me a loaner car for the day. However, they expect me to understand that my car would not be ready the day of my appointment even though that was never stated I had to be a mind reader.

Had a very pleasant experience here. I'm the type that dreads the dealership and salesman but I was recommended to talk with Ken. He was very chill and played no games with me. Brought me through the test drive, gave me OTD price without me pressing, gave me space when I needed to think, and worked with me on price. The car so far has also been in great condition and I am very happy with my purchase. I 100% recommend working with Ken.
